Terrible experience with servicing. Completely incompetent, impatient.The only thing that the service representative knew to do was argue and talk.Unprepared, under equipped and utterly incompetent people. These fellows ask us for screws, drivers and other basic equipment.No responsibility, no commitment to provide service and utterly useless.This is a low for this center. Please realise that it is skill and competence that gets the service done, not talking and arguing with the customer.After the filters were replaced, the fellow didn’t know he had to even put it through the clean cycle. We had to point to the manual and get him to do it. And then he had some illogical arguments to make for that too. Every other rep that came to service the device before was doing this. And the guy says they must be new inexperienced reps who came before.It’s unfortunate google doesn’t provide an option to give 0 rating.

Horrible Service for my Aquaguard Geneus. I have taken AMC and still under contract. I have placed complain online, phone, e mail from 1st June that is more than 216 hours....till date there is no response from company. They assured service within 72 hours. I am suffering terribly as there is no water and to get water from outside in these difficult times is also a great issue for me with small children at home.l dont know till how long will I have to wait for a service person as l have already spent more than Rs 2000/- on water.

Id installed a new water purifier, model NRich HD UV on the 26 th of April, 2021, from the Eureka Forbes sales executive. This is 15000 rupees. Within 24 hours, it started leaking. When I called the sales executive who sold the product, he casually wiped his hands off, saying it was a service issue and asked me to call the service people. Forget Friends for life he wasnt even a friend after the sale was made. Thankfully the service representative who attended the issue was friendly and promptly rectified the issue. Might be a good product, service is prompt, but the non ownership attitude is pathetic, that too for a city like Mysore, where business is made more on trust and recommendations

Worst representatives. Once the product is being sold they are totally a different people. Do not trust on their words. Worst after sales services. You can search for a better serviced products.

Whenever we call they take hell lot of time to come and attend the complaint. At least 10 to 15 times follow up has to be done to send the technician. On top of it they charge bomb for any of the small services also.

Dont respond to little complicated issues

Be careful before you buy any products especially which you dont have any knowledge on it. my experience here with aquasoft water softner which was actually not required in my locality where i get soft water from mysore city corporation. company representative from eureka forbes made us to install the product along with water purifier and vaccum cleaner as combi offer with water softener. post installation was horrible no proper tecnical service person is available. if i book service they call me during hospital hours and update to the company that owner didnt not allow for service. they didnt bother to check to hardness of water before installation. my sincere request to decide before you buy the product whether u need it. dont believe whatever the sales represenrative tell u
