This is a review of a three girls trip to Bhutan with total duration of the trip being 7 days and 6 nights including travel. Bhutan is a heavenly and must visit place away from the usual routine. The planning phase of the trip dates back to a month before the actual departure. We got Soumya from S B International Tours and Travels as our travel agent for this particular trip. She was very patient and sweet enough to address all our concerns. As we were only a group of three girls, there were concerns expressed by our respective families. But Soumya made it clear initially itself that she would be available at all times before and during our touring of Bhutan. The hotels, cars and the drivers cum guides arranged were all excellent and all those that were mentioned in the final itinerary were provided satisfactorily. Soumya was available throughout the trip and made it a point to stay in contact with us every day of our trip. We would recommend Bhutan as a must visit place for all its worthy scenic views and peace. We were three girls and had planned our first international trip to Bhutan. Soumya (Our trip Adviser) from SBIT considered all our priorities and made sure our travel was hassle free and we had our best time. Since we were only three girls, Soumya made sure she was available the entire time and provide any assistance needed. It was completely safe and well organised. It was thiland trip on 23/9/2019,,,had nice time ,,seightseeing are good,,SBIT travel staff always avaliable at any time at the time of travelling,,,more safety,,,but at the time of issuing boarding pass at airport ,airasia staff asked me to show 10k baht for each person,,i.e rules in thailand that we should have 10k baht,be careful about this,,,dont exchange currency at airport ,,cumission is too high

The company was prompt in responding to all requests. Our driver, Umesh, was very courteous, and we got to see many great places, including a custom tour to Mysore-Ooty-Salem-Bangalore. The driver did not speak much with us (shy) and we were originally confused, since it is only a driver, not a guide included.

SBIT provided us with excellent guidance to our tour to Mantralayam, Guru Sannidhi is a good place to stay.....clean, hygienic....good hospitality.....very near to main Temple

We were not sure what to expect from this tour, but were pleasantly surprised...the manager was very co-operative he gave his best....to make clients comfort...thank you..we had a memorable one...

It was pathetic because the room was so small in Ooty with no fan & ac in it, changed the rooms in Mysuru & Coorg according to their convenience, in the trip of 4N/5D of Mysuru, Ooty & Coorg, plus the driver had no knowledge of the places we visited, we used to show him the GPS to go on the places because he only knew to drive the car.

Dear Mr. Shantkumar, accompanying with Abhishek, i noticed that you never bothered to revert any solution to the problem communicated to you, moreover your teammate NISCHITA used to change the hotels as per her convenience that too without informing us in COORG n MYSURU, in addition to that the car you provided was MAHINDRA VERITO whose glassdoor never shuted properly and the driver always kept the AC on 2 even after asking him to keep the same on 3 ample of times. Last question how many times you asked us about the trip reviews sir? One suggestion sir please value the money given to you because its too hard to earn it Your cost cutting & earing more margin tactics were easily seen in the 4N/5D package of Mysore, ooty n coorg. Had booked for a package trip to Shirdi (Mysuru--Shirdi--Mysuru). Following are my reviews about SBIT:1. Tempo Traveller was the agreed vehicle from Mysuru to Bengaluru airport and pick up was planned at 4am. Previous day, we ourself called the driver and he told us to give him a wake up call at 3.30am. We were forced to give him wake up call and inspite of that, he was late. Found this very unprofessional.2. Tempo Traveller amount was fixed at 8k (Mys-Blr Airport and Blr Airport-Mys) by one of the executive. When 2 days were left for the trip, another executive called up and told that it cannot be done for 8k and new amount will be 9k. Reason given was that the first executive who had agreed for 8k wasnt aware of the rates. This again was not welcoming.3. Special seat (with extra leg space) was requested on the flight for a very senior citizen travelling with us. SBIT charged us extra for the requested seat(which is okay because any airlines would have charged this). But surpsingly, SBIT had booked a seat on the emergency exit of the flight . This ended up in Airlines not allowing senior citizen to sit in the emergency exit seat due to airline policies. Happened in both ways flight.4. Had to do lot of follow up for each and everything.With all this , one positive thing was that executives are friendly.Will have to think again to use SBITs services next time.

Last month me and my family went for a vacation in Mysore . The hotel manager arranged a tour operator name SB international tours ans Travels .The tour operator(Shantha Kumar Biradar) was very polite in nature and provided a Tata Majza for us.The tour operator provided us a guide who have a good knowledge about the place.
