Hey, I have regular customer to HM BOOT HOUSE I have purchased LAPADI brand shoe dated in between 21st October 2021 in 24 October 2021 with in a week shoe sole was opened before visit to the shop have kept 100 % hope for exchange, when I had visit to shop the experience was very shocking there the merchants was speaking very very rudly and Ill -Mannared he doesnt have quality to speak with customers he is not at all ready to listen our word finally, later I have explained what was haappend while purchasing, I have asked shoe for selection he brought around 12 number of shoe while Im selting I have seeked his advice he ensured that select the LAPADI which is 1 year durable with out the word I have told to pack n give, he fixed the price without negotiation I had paid...same thing I have explained while explaining he is using the street language therefore I will put ( -1 ) point to HM BOOT HOUSE shop..Wondering subject is once Im explaining about 1 year durable point which is, that merchant promised me he says that no chance I have cameras, I have questioned him those cameras could be capture pictures only not our voice records then he ensured yes in my shop cameras can voice recording which he is politely ensuring which is very reduculas then starts speaking rudly to me and tried to speak with me that shoes can not be sale on guarantee basis because of corona affect... I asked again to him that your another owner only promised the same, how can you now.. Dear friends kindly anybody like to see the earing sounds storage camera kindly visit to HM BOOT HOUSE.. not for purchase the shoes ..highly I have strong rejection for HM BOOT HOUSE and LAPADI brand.. thanks

HM BOOT House keeping of worst brands the merchant was very arrogant and debate with customers not all worth strong rejection

I have purchased a brand new shoe Labdi brand , with in a week shoe sole has opened the mouth, spoken to the merchant he was very rood and not able to listen the complaint and arguing for not exchanging the shoe.
