Hi, this is shilpa from mysuru Karnataka.2 months back I purchased pair sandals at Clarks mysuru showroom, even 1 month also I didnt use properly, soles became damage. 15 days back I returned to showroom. I called them twice but they are telling the same old stories like, we didnt get any approval from company. Is this your service? But still I didnt get any updates. I have never seen this kind of worst service. I request you to please exchange that immediately without any delay are else refund our the money back.
