The treatment was good. Doctor is well experienced and very friendly, polite and patient. The place is hygenic and well maintained. Especially during Covid, all protocols were followed to ensure patients safety. All patients were give disposable gloves and cap to ensure limited contact. Overall, the experience was good. The treatment that I sought after was a dental restructure. The duration of this treatment was 1 and half years (which extended a bit due to the lockdown).Overall, I had a pleasant experience. Had bad experience with my ortho treatment. Dr. Ravi assured me that treatment will be completed within 6 months. Even after 1 and half years its still not completed. I have paid him for full correction(upper and lower teeth) . But he put brackets only for upper teeth. After the payment was completed they even charged me extra money. Initially he told me the treatment cost will be 26k, But I had to pay him 29k. He never touched my lower teeth. Whenever I ask him when u will start treatment on lower tooth he will tell shortly,,.then I refused to pay anymore. After that he never gave me appointment. I contacted the clinic multiple times but they told -will call u back, which they never did. Now I am getting treatment from another doctor.
