2days back it was displaying in DTDC tracking portal that Out for delivery .I check yesterday and it was showing door locked so couldn’t able to deliver. But our office was open and nobody had come to deliver our parcel.Yesterday I called to the office and said the same and they said yesterday they will deliver or today. But still I haven’t received the parcel.The parcel book on 19th August and today date is 29th August. Very poor response and the manager or the director of DHL should take a look on this poor service.I know DTDC very well and they provide quick and fast service. But don’t know why Mysore DTDC is making this much of delay.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!I am calling the from Dubai to check availability of international courier service ... the lady on the line is completely disinterested and when requested to transfer line to someone who can speak english to help me as I am not a native, she cut the line and kept the business line switched off for a good 30 min this happened twice already... talk about what impression one can get about DTDC Professionalism....Then I called again as soon as she heard my voice she cut the line and switched off the line again. IS THIS THE DTDC PROFESSIONALISM TO ATTEND TO CUSTOMERS !!!! Thats the staff courtesy to cut line if you cant answer simple questions which anyone working should know ? GOD HELP their customers ...!!! Im surely not going for their services, thank you for showing your worth much before I suffer under your bad service.

This is one of the cheap rated courier service given to customer, I booked a courier to Bangalore even after 30 days the package is not delivered and they refuse to refund the courier charges, no package no money.

USELESS ! paid for home delivery but they are demanding to collect the courier from their office . total waste of money . go for some other courier service .
