Sensei is Amazing teacher and great with kids.My kid love to attend his classes. Even online classes are being conducted and kids are learning new things.Best way to keep kids active indoors.

The group in which i am training online, has different age groups, but your exercise modules are such that all of us are able to perform those, more or less in a similar way and at the same time. So the synch of the class is maintained which makes it more enjoyable.You make sure that the variety of exercises are enjoyable as well as effective by clearly demonstrating the dos and donts. Hi my son is attending karate classes since a year and a half... I am undergoing strength training from sensei Prajwal. I was asked by the doctor to exercise daily after I started with severe sciatic pain in my right leg due to slip disc. It has been 3 months that I work out for almost an hour atleast 3 days a week under his guidance. I can see that there are lot of positive changes in the way I stand or walk and has reduced the pain considerably. Thank you sir.
