Yes its central Govt financial & postal service providers now they are computerised depending on internet network which is irregular.But staff are best & experienced With good service !

Awesome service..Normally we might have government servants who are not at all friendly and and sometimes even hostile as if we are there to beg something or to get something from their pocket.But here the service was shockingly awesome and they were really helpful.. really loved the service.

My parcel is beeb dispatched since 15th this month..and is still stuck there on 17th today... why please help

This place was well maintained and hygienic......good staff and service......letters,parcels,telegrams,moneyorders can be posted it in this post office.....regardless of modern technology if social media and online delivery.......good way to all nostalgics

Service is not a word taught at the Head Post Office. Would make a fantastic venue for restaurants and bars.

Head post office ,Mysore, is symbol of quick,latest efficient postal service in India.There are different counters for different postal services, parcel booking is excellent here and they provide packaging services at the cheapest price. There is also a postal shop selling many showcase and collector items. There is also a separate stamp collectors section where you buy all your collection stamps, first day covers and stamp sheets dedicated to collectors and stamp lovers.

The staff are polite and work is done without any issue. Best option to send huge parcels. Personally I have transferred almost all of my clothes and books from Mysore to my hometown at a much cheaper price.

It was really helpful that speed post services were available there till 7.30pm in the evening.

Ver roud behaviour of the staff , my son went to the post office to corier ,shock to c the behaviour of the staff .very un professsional,and dis respect . Even I have the vedio of the situvation i may take this to legal action aganist the staff.Having wonderfull goverment salary ,staff must have some desipline,and manners .

Busy Post Office. It seems most of the counters are transacting banking and savings. If you want just a stamp go to the Post Shoppe to the left of the entrance. The Post Shoppe also has pens, glue and a few souvenirs.
