Not a great place to get your car sold. It was a utter waste of my half a day which turned out to be worse after getting to know the offer price. They would compare our cars with other cars listed which any owner would be least bothered to know. The inspection report is something which one wouldnt understand. Its better to sell the car directly to the party than going through all these tedious prcoess.

Worst experience, took advance of Rs. 10,900 for Maruti Zen Estilo, then owner was absconding, I didnt have owners no. every thing was organised by Cars 24, I got a refund of Rs. 5900 after fighting for 4 months, and remaining Rs.5000 they cheated. We had gone to sell a outstation vehicle, in 1 hour all the documents and vehicle photos were uploaded in their portal and in half an hour the vehicle was sold to highest bidder, after completing all formalities of documents signing received payment immediately.Once the name change / transfer is done successfully the circle will completeUpdate - Vehicle registration has been successfully transferred to new owner two months ago, received SMS and email confirmation, very impressed with CARS24 👍

Worst customer service. As a whole the process of selling and buying on CARS24 is very good but the staff at Mysore’s Branch is very rude. There is a lot of miscommunication. Some staff members don’t know what they’re doing, and a particular staff member over there is soo rude when asked for a clarification about a document he directly said “if you want to sell your car follow the rules or else get out”. This is the kind of hopeless service I have received at CARS24 mysore branch. I spent over 3 Hours just waiting for my money to be transferred to my account even after they had promised me instant payment. If you want to sell your car through CARS24 please don’t visit the mysore branch better go to Bangalore they have much better customer service rather than this pathetic Mysore team.

Went with a friend. The process is streamlined. But 2 minute mein CAR BECHO is a lie..lolIt takes 45 mins for inspection.. over 1 hour for bids.. etc etc etc.The bids are low balled, but overall its a professional set up.. and wish them luck

QUOTE received 19 lakhs to 29 lakhs. After going from kerala to Mysore the car rate they given after checking is 11.5 lacks. DO NOT TRUST THEIR EMAIL RATES. Not recommended for far away clients.

I would give less than 1 star if it was possible. They are No. 1 cheats, they will under value your car to the extent that you will feel, selling your car at a junk yard for scrap will fetch you more money. They will give false assessments without proper examination. They said every single part of my car was dented scratched and repainted, the same car when took to manufacturers service center and examined it said there was no repainting done! They said suspension problem, engine problem, etc which were not there when the service center examined it. The Cars24 Mechanic who made the assessment of my vehicle was on his phone through the drive of about 5 mins and was not even wearing seat belt. The final assessment was such that, If you read what they had written you will feel like the car has been brought there right after a horrible accident!!!After the assessment they offered me 80k for the car and I rejected the offer, so they offered to list the car in their own site with all these false assessment conditions for My asking price of 1,45,000. Please Note they do not provide your number on the listing they as them to contact Cars24. After few days their agent by the name Mr. Chetan contacted me asking me why rejected their offer! When I told him their prices were too low and not worth it he proceeded to argue and raise his voice, aswell as rudely spoke and told me that I dont know about the market and nobody wants to buy my car and its been listed on the market from past 4 days, some 90 people have viewed it and nobody wants it! (Please note these people who are viewing your car on Cars24 Website call Cars24 and not you! So who know how many people called?) I reported this person to their local office as well. Then Mr. Sachin from Cars24 Bangalore contacts me and offers 1,32,500/- (I have the mail with his offer as well!) for the car. So apparently from 80,000/- my car was now worth 1,32,500/- in span for 7 days!When I went there for delivery they said there was some damage which they did not add in their assessment which they will have to update to the buyer, made me wait for 3 hours and then said the buyer rejected the car! (Please note this not a new damage it was small dent on the side skirt of the car which was probably 5+ years old!).So please avoid this business unless you dont value your own property !

All these guys are frauds.. When they know we like a car they immediately increase the offer price..

Good locality. When i went there to sell my car... Went for test ride with the inspection guy and middle of inspection the guy went inside and didnt return for 10 mins... When i followed to office, he and his supervisor were on big augment... And no courtesy towards someone waiting... Bad experience. Never bother to return.

Over all experiences was very good.... From entering to cars 24 till the time of payment received... But car valuation wise they can still give better price... Overall iam happy.

Good place to sell your old car but dont expect a high price as they claim. They first inspect your car roughly and put it in an online bidding. The price you can expect is less or equivalent to the market price.It is located near Vijaya Bank near Vijay nagar.

I sold my car at this place.Pros:Immediate payment to your bank account. They held some amount for further verification and released that money after a day.Cons:Lured me with a better price on their website valuation.Ultimately paid twenty percent less than their own web valuation though they could not find any defects in the vehicle.The price I got was much less than the open market price.They insisted on Aadhar card as proof of ID apart from PAN card. After the sale I got spoofing calls on my mobile for couple of days almost every hour. Would not allow me sleep even. I had to block about twenty numbers before the calls stopped.The person who managed the sale was deceptive and made promises which he never kept up. Made me run around for the house key I left in the car.

I saw a cars 24 web, inspection and everything free but they asked Rs 4700 process fee.

Was a good experience here. The price was actually good. Price was near to my price, but yeah Im OK with the price I got. They tll that they give the payment within 2 days, but they will take 4to5 days to clear the payment. Thank you.

My 3rd n final visit yo cars24, bad experience all 3 times. The staff is very lethargic, shows companies mottos.When visited the branch today, none were interested to welcome the customer. Like always, when i mentioned my purpose i was told to get the docs from car. No hi, no hello and no formal introduction and no cordiality at all.One lady explained me process and said it could take an hour or so for entire process. I was OK. Then came shocker, they said if all goes well there will be a charge per lakh, although this is OK, i wasnt informed of this when i was called by company before, so i raised my dissatisfaction, for that the response was that the person who called will not know that procedure, i mean come on, same company right.Then some guy walked up and asked what is all the fuzz about, n when lady explained he said without second thought to return all docs to me saying this guy is not interested to sell, as if i came all the way that too on Sunday to take a stroll.This is what happens when you put lethargic staff in Ac rooms with no proper supervision and no goals in life.Im never visiting this company again.

They are good only in faster payment and further dealings; If you want to sell your car spend some effort and sell outside ; Don’t go for these guys ; I have sold my car 3 months back after getting good price offered in their website ; Later when I reached there they offered me lesser price saying website is not accurate ;I had wasted my half of the day there waiting for the manager ; He was so adoment and said can’t pay a single rupee more than the executive said ; It was too late and I didn’t have other option at that time ; However My car had some issues and there were multiple part replacements Needed ; So it was ok for me . So I would suggest people don’t go after seeing the website calculations ; Complete cheat . Put some efforts and sell it outside
