I had been for this place rain guard and door modules. Very impressive response from the Bhagavath, I got the work done within 15 minutes. I will definately suggest this place for any work related to the vehicles.

I am writing on behalf of my father, who was a BIG Maruthi Suzuki Fan, he owned atleast 4 cars of the same brand. always got it serviced at Mandovi Motors(Mysore) only and i am sure he appreciated their services as he remained loyal customer of theirs!!! i hope to get the same dedication and service as i take over his vehicle now, after his passing.

Vehicle service was good ....but customer and billing desk is not customer friendly..

They take their own time to serve you. Even thou staff is available theyll attend after few mins. We have given our vehicle for service here many times now as we stay close by to the station.Our representative tries to attend to us as nicely as possible.The service is done good but there are minor flaws that are left out. You have to point it out manually. After that things get done completely.The number of vehicles for display is two only.

On road service s ok here. Advisor and mechanic are good. Service is 5star.

Too pricey, better to go for a new car...

I have take service of my car in this showroom from last 5 years, the service is not bad, but now a days this showroom takes services very very bad, the service takers are very arrogant and headlongers, they dont know the value of customer & value of customers precious time, they treat customers like beggers, they treat customers partiality like men & women, big car & small car.... very bad providers

Good service center but little delay

Once after repairing ac on 13th September , next day itself gone for along drive , power of pulling of vehicle got reduced drastically , gone for a check up in native where I used to do regular repair, advised to change one DD Coil in which one is very old like that the mechanic told , dont know suddenly one DD Coil becomes very old, didnt given any where else except this mandovi maruti service center for ac repair, any way 5000 rs again I spent from my pocket, more than money trust is more important in any thing ,I lost my trust due to this experience from mandovi

Pathetic service and irresponsible behavior from mandovi motors bannur road.As per schedule I had given my car no KA55N0956 to service but post service the car had major issues in city driving and the showroom had not resolved my previous complaints which I immediately called up and explained and they asked me to drop it again.Even after 4th visit and taking _4days in the showroom still the problem was never solved and the car condition was pathetic for which they requested me to again drop the carBut post 4visits my car was still in same condition adding to that they have scratched my car and and used all almost half a tank of petrol

Service was done right. But lot of communication gap, had ordered a part two days in advance, (which was available) and advance payment was made. Yet, the part was made ready 4.5 hours after we visited the service centre on the 3rd day. Hence a lot of time was wasted.

It is Maruthi service centre as usual , well maintained, ideally located on the main road leading to Kanakapura-Bangalore.

Manjunath is good service advisor , I treated customer in good manner , explained problem of car properly and serviced well.

Mandovi is a special place for mebecause I was treated like their friend And all my car related services and queries were immediately responded. And solved very soon. I would like to thank the Management because this showroom is the best for me to purchase. I have seen several show room but its best coordination with the costumer to decided up to myrequirement I am soo happy with the sales teams.

This showroom is the perfect example .People here are so lazy and have no basic rights to get up from there work desk and welcome the customers.I dont know how this showroom is presenting all good reviews.They need to buck up!

Hi ,i checked into the security gate at 10.05am today(13.2.18) for my car service & waited till 10.50am at the parking area.I feel very sad to say that no one came to ask me anything until i moved from there,my left side car was taken to service & even the right side car,but surprising no one is asking anything for my car ,then at 10.55am i decided to move,then at the gate security asked what happen i said i waited for 50min infront of u & your asking me what happen now,i said this & moved to HINKAL showroom.Love to service the vehicle in Hinkal showroom ,but not SIDDHARTHA NAGAR.SORRY MANDOVI
