We booked through an app so got a good deal. The executive room is worth it. But the only problem is, the bathroom door is difficult to open once closed. Otherwise executive room is spacious and well lit.

Please do not book this hotel, mainly when everyone is looking for safety. we checked in the hotel at 8.30 am and checked out at 10 am. stayed there for one and half hours.Hotel people has no idea what is mask, when I asked the person at reception he said sorry and went somewhere to find out his mask, came back after 10 minutes. as soon we left the place he again took off his mask. none of the person in this hotel wore mask. Forget about sanitization. Room was extremely dirty. Previous peoples smoking cigarette found in the bathroom, no one bother to clean even. Bedsheet full of stains. Next to the window, there was dustbin which was overflowing with garbage. It was more than worthless experience.

The room had a good clean fill and was nightly spacious. The huge curtains, the air-conditioning, the service and the TV entertainment (choice of channels) was quite good. The room service was fast, but the range of beers could be improved. The breakfast will be delivered at your room on request and the total response of all the staff was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxed weekend in Mysore.

Nice experience for budget stay. only 2 person per room can accommodate per Deluxe room. Roof top restaurant is not suitable for family (with kids) because its attached with bar and price also little high. Comfortable budget stay, good staff and close to bus stand and mysore palace.

That is the good thing.But the bathroom is very small, water is not much hot, shower is not working, bucket is not available in the bathroom.Door lock is not working, its very horrible. I would prefer to stay roopa earlier,but this time disappointed ,I booked two executive room both are not as expected ,door lock not happening properly,no visit of house keeping in the morning to change bedsheet and room cleaning, No complementary internet,roopa WiFi can be seen but denied access ,no car wash is n complementary and washed paid at hotel but he made more muddy..roopa no more favorite for me and will not stay n roopa If i visit mysore again.

I am staying currently, the website promised free wifi, but wifi is not working, and when I asked for news paper its not available, and room services also not good. I had booked four rooms for 9 people. Got the room at Roopa in a centrally located place in Mysore City. Rooms were upgraded by the management. We had clean and spacious rooms. Staff were well mannered and helpful. Restaurant provides good and tasty food at reasonable price. Morning Buffet breakfast had a good spread. The Uppma was so tasty. Bar at fifth floor gives all types of drinks and good Chinese food. Thanks for the comfortable and memorable stay.Col Vasant Kumar and team.

The only disadvantage is the car parking space which is small and only 10 cars can be parked for all overall rooms of 52 , management should look forward to.increase the car parking space and the coming to entertainment , management also needs to look forward to add 1 or 2 paid channels per region like Kannada , Telugu , Tamil , Malayalam etc most of them are free Channels. But Overall this hotel is worth the price to stay .

Hygienic and clean rooms,

The check-in and check out lasted only 5 minutes. The security guy even volunteers to clean your car. The room service guys are very friendly and prompt with timings. The room was cleaned the next day and fresh towels provided. Food got delivered within 20 minutes for all meals that i ordered from the in house restaurant. 24 hours hot water was a added bonus. The location of the hotel was the main reason for choosing Hotel Roopa and overall, no complaints... I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay. As a family, we liked the security within the hotel and the readily available food on the menu , plus drinks.

Hotel is centrally located, near the bus stand and palace. All other tourist places are within the radius of 5km. It is not really a 4-star. We stayed in executive room, which was on the roadside. It was noicy, so we had to ask for room change and they provided us the room on 4th floor, which was a little less noicy. Morning tea was delivered 45mins late and on top of that the room service guy was rude. Customer Service needs a major improvement overall. They have a rooftop restaurant, which is nice place for dinner.

Hotel is located at a good place in city. It is about 2.5 kms from railway station and 1 km from the bus stand. Had booked a non-AC Deluxe room. Reached hotel around 10:15 and check-in was allowed. Correspondingly check out time was changed to 10:15 due to 24 hr policy. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Room was reasonably clean but it smelled a bit like like fumigation in corridor and room.

Best place to stay in Mysore city .lodge location like heart of Mysore means incity rooms and rooms are very clean and staffs are behaviour with customer like god i really happy with service and i refer my all friend once again visit here.and staffs are supporting you in sight seeing And traveling related.you are stay in nearest of markets or like supermarkets. Hotel is located in the heart of the city. Well maintained rooms, though bit smaller in size. Roof top Bar and Restaurant is an experience for a cosy dinner. Food items were tasty in general but advisable not to try fish items.

I booked this hotel from Make My Trip. The photos shown on the sight and the actual rooms are much different. The hotel badly needs renovation, even the room plaster is in bad shape. The service in the hotel is also shameful, the staff talk loudly in the hallways, not caring about guests. I didnt find them professional at all. Furthermore, the lift service is abysmal and the breakfast management is useless. Not only does the breakfast have no fruits, the refilling, cleanliness is shoddy and you need to tell the staff repeatedly for your request to be fulfilled.Overall, I wasnt satisfied by the service. I felt cheated by the pictures showcased and I highly suggest people to reconsider before booking a room.

Management needs to know how to behave with their Customers.

We stayed here on 30 September and 1st October in Executive Non AC . I have booked this room via their portal. I thought to avoid to AC room as weather in Mysore would be normal, but it was bit hot in the evening but OK in the morning. Better choose AC room. Hotel is good and Morning breakfast was complimentary Buffet. Food were tasty and no harm to our stomach.... This is one of our short tour and our family did not face any inconvenient in and after tour. Market is nearby. In an evening, we enjoyed the Chat items in a street food stall infront of Dominos Pizza. Taste of Pinapple and chat mix was yummy. Hotel front desk is very co-operative and friendly. Only problem is room which is small for a family with 2 adults and 2 Kids. I have offered one extra bed as I have booked for 3 adult (one kid age 12). and they gave 3 coupons for buffet and I paid for my second kid extra Rs.105. Overall very good stay and enjoyed.

I stayed here with my family.The only advantage I felt staying in this hotel was its proximity to attractions,ksrtc bus stand and the market.Moving on to the negatives...when we checked in to the hotel the receptionist told that he has upgraded the room to Luxury Ac even though we had booked the Executive Ac category but sadly we didnt found any luxury inside and the room was completely different from the pictures posted by them.Also they wont provide any extra blanket(but they charged nicely for the extra person),mineral water and hot water is only available in the morning.The room was very small and is old.The behaviour of the receptionist guy was very unprofessional.Not recommended.

Me n my wife went to Mysore for our Honeymoon trip. This hotel was too reasonable for every middle class family. We stayed here for 2 nights. Location was too good, every attraction points are within 1 km from here. Staff was also too friendly, Mr. Nagrajan take care of us. They had arranged reasonable Mysore sightseeing package to us and with good guide.. Breakfast also very tasty and variety of coices. Because for Good Hotel Choice our Mysore trip was Excellent. Thank u Hotel Roopa we will love to come here again.

Our stay at Hotel Roopa was superb. The rooms we booked were executive and were spacious enough. Rooms were very clean and tidy also with sufficient ventilation. Room service was good. Complimentary eater bottles were provided everyday. Cleaning of rooms were done on request. The food at the hotel, restaurant was also very delicious. Even the complimentary breakfast superb with lots of options. The staff was very courteous. Parking space behind the hotel. Big property. Loved my stay would love to stay again if visiting.
