There are quality options for daily use.
Store manager talks as if he is the CEO of Bata. Had to go there 3 times for a product exchange. Talked to customer care twice but got no help. Even after asking multiple times he didnt want to give his name out. You have to give system training & customer service training to this store manager.

Its on the main road, Good one. They dont have enough staffs members. They do have parking nearby, so it is convenient to park and shop. I bought formal shoes. It was of good quality. Its bit crowded at times. Its near to Nithyananda Mantapa. Better for quick shopping. Authorised Bata show room.
