Very unfriendy behaviour with customers. Didnt show me what I wanted to buy specifically instead misleaded me by saying buy the laptop and we will do all the modifications. If I wanted to buy modified product I can go somewhere else why should I buy brand new product from you? Just sell what is there from company. No customer wants their new laptop to be experimented. Also price were higher than other shops. No value for money, Rude behavior, No discounts, Shop was mess with trash covers papers everywhere and shop environment didnt feel like showroom but made feel like repair shop. #Inconvenient

One of the best laptop dealers in Mysore city. Bought my first laptop from them and is very happy with the product, pricing and after delivery service. Infact I went back to them to buy my second laptop which is a Macbook and they were able to deliver it in lesser price compared to showroom. Extremely happy with the service and will continue to visit this place for my IT needs.

Pathetic after sales service. once they receive the money and give you the product they wont respond to your problems. Staff are all inexperienced they dont know anything. Poor workmanship.Update: As soon as i posted this review the wats app msgs which were unseen from past one week are suddenly seen and thanking me for the review(arrogantly) instead of sorting my issues that shows your attitude.and you are saying you tried to provide solution through any desk, whoever was sitting on the other side at that time for 20 mins just refreshed the system like 50 times and disconnected himself, again i only called you to say its disconnected.am attaching the screen shots so that let the readers decide how many times i have tried to contact you and how many times you have replied.and now you are giving the reasons as pandemic and lockdown, so when you wanted to sell the product when there was lockdown you dint had man power issue but when the lockdown is completely lifted and now you have man power issue..!!Instead of justifying the complaint try to focus on resolving your customer problems..!!and dont forget all the time and issues we had to face just because your INEXPERIENCED STAFFS couldnt install my system properly.

I visited the place yesterday with an idea to finalize a laptop to purchase. But I felt the salesmanship were not keen to make a sale. I asked them a suitable configuration with details. The person scribbled a couple of lines just like a doctor and given me. They have given the important details for sure. But when I asked to see a model and a printed configuration details, they just shrugged it off. My appearance may have made them think that I am a layman. But I am not prepared to put some lipstick for them.A person whom I have recognized as to be living nearby my home, mostly the owner did give a competitive price, but not providing the complete details of the piece

I purchased a HP laptop from Mysore IT World on Friday. They offered me a very competitive price .After 2 days ,I found the laptop is having some manufacturing defect.The stores people took special care and got the laptop replaced from HP with a new one in 1 and half days.So I suggest all to buy laptops from offline store rather than online.

Two years before I purchased Asus laptop from them. They gave special offer n I felt that they are the best dealers.

My wife and I went to this place looking for a monitor but received a very lethargic response. Everyone was seated and didnt bother getting up to attend to us. We kept asking them questions about certain monitors and we only received incomplete answers. I didnt expect this kind of service. We came to this place as I purchased my laptop from here last year. The laptop of course was good but the windows installed had a lot of issues. I personally wont come back to this place unless they change their attitudes.I am adding to my review. This is in response to your reply. Thank you for taking the time to respond. Im very sorry but there were no one who took interest to sell the product. Your body language in providing service spoke volumes. The readers can definitely decide but I am sorry that I wont be able to recommend this place to anyone else.

Im providing my review after my recent purchase attempt.Though this store is authorised Id recommend you to try any other company exclusive outlets other than MYSORE IT WORLD while purchasing any device. Here the service nor the pricing nor the attitude of the staff is satisfactory. Heres my justification,Recently I had ordered a ORIGINAL DELL Inspiron battery from this firm. The battery I purchased does not get recognised by my laptop and it refuses to charge, we rushed back to their store and their service technician checked the laptop and confirmed the battery is faulty. The firm promised replacement of the battery within 3 days. After 3 days, we call them back and they assured the battery is ready. We reach there only to find out the battery hasnt arrived yet, the women who had told us in the morning that the battery is ready is now accusing the courier service. Why make false claims and not be transparent, we never urged the firm to deliver within the said date and were ready to wait as we understood the present pandemic scenario. What angered me is I had to travel 10 km up and down during this pandemic only to find out the product I ordered hasnt arrived, the staff never apologised and only justified their stance. I received refund after an argument and the staff told me I will not find this battery anywhere else. One day later I purchased the same battery with a small price hike of Rs. 100 from ANOTHER AUTHORISED STORE, the battery package was in very good and is working in excellent condition. I regretted I had to wait so long. I had once built a good reputation of MYSORE IT WORLD and was my to-go preference to purchase any electronic goods but right after this incident, I lost my reputation for them. I also wanted to order an Acer laptop which was priced at Rs.1,04,000. Glad I didnt as I realised the actual pricing from ACER EXCLUSIVE OUTLET was Rs. 96,500. Very disappointed.
