I happen to visit here for laptop sound card repair. After keeping it for two days i was told that they have replaced old card and put a new one. When I have requested for receipt/bill the owner denied to give it. Instead he used foul language and threatened me and said he will not give laptop at all and said do whatever you want.After doing all this now hes asking me feedback to improve once I have given a single star. Pathetic.After one month of service sound card stopped working but now I dont have bill I cant do anything. Its unfortunate that owner of such a big shop behave like this. Since I cant give rating less than 1 I had to give 1 rating.

The staff have very limited knowledge about the products they sell. All items are cheap Chinese ones. The store is just fit to buy low end laptops for your kids.

I had given laptop for the service and they told all keyboard, touchpad and hard disk is not working and need to replace and tried to bill me 13k including other services.I took it back to blore and I changed the os and now everything is working fine and they have not assembled the laptop properly they messed it up with keyboard and touchpad and some screws.Think before you give your laptop to service there!!

I got my dell laptop and also a dell desktop monitor. No defects so far and the product is good since 3 years. He charges Rs.400 minimum for laptop/desktop service but also he quotes that it depends on the product but I would always suggest that you get it serviced at a authorised service centre. Definitely worth shopping here but not exactly the best in Mysore.

Best place to buy computer accessories offline in Mysore.

Gave laptop for an OS upgrade. Previously laptop would at least switch on and one could do work. The technician gave the laptop back saying he cannot upgrade due to technical difficulties. Now laptop doesnt even boot. At least he could have given it in its previous condition.

They are cheaters........ service is not good....... I went to repair my laptop (display is not working)they said chip was burned so i need to replace chip.I went for replacement of chip. They charged me Rs.2,450. Actually the fact is they didnt change the chip that i came to know when i got the same problem again with in a week when i took the laptop to another dell shop. They are bloody CHEATERS ,they are just there to loot money. I sincerely suggest dont go there and burn your money.

Owner is a cheat. He said he would give SATA HARD disk but gave older versions. Need to be very careful with these ppl.

Owners are big fraud, this year i have purchased a laptop from system needs marimallapa road, they given 2 years old model (they are not providing latest models which is available in the market), later on i realize this model is too old to handle day to day tasks, am not a technical person so i trust these people, they always try to clear old stocks, if your not a technical person then you will suffer like me, most of the reviews here with 5 star are not true, better to choose kt street.

I purchased Dell Inspiron 15 from this shop a week back. When using the laptop I found out the piece was defected. I also found out that the price was 3000 more than the online price.When I complained about it, they responded very rudely and told me that it was not their liability.
