He updated my window software... after 2 day suddenly my laptop automatically off... I dont know what he did with hardware bt afterword he told that its motherboard problem it should be send to delhi... really it was very bad experience with this service centre ...

Not authorised center whose know replacement parts is original

I went with an issue with my laptop screen. In the past i have tried to fix it knowing the last option is to replace the whole screen. Since that costs a significant amount of money i wanted to see if there was any other way. Here in this service centre they were confident they could fix the screen with a cable change. Then when the cable came came they said it burnt and it was the fault other people who has tried to fix it before. Then they ordered for another replace meanwhile making me think this would work 💯 i ordered a orginal dell battery replacement. Then finally they told me it doesnt work. Again blaming the previous batch of service people. At this point i was kind of in a weird place already hoping for a working laptop so i went for screen replacement. And they charged me for the replacement of the screen nd the two cables. Apparently there was no way to determine the fact that only screen replacement would work they had to do the trial and error and charge me all for it. Somthing close 25000/-. I am not saying the are horrible people on the contrary they were nice people just not very professional i thought . Its a lot of money but the fact that my laptop is the tool of my livelihood is a delicate matter , and in the beginning i thought they understood that and respected that fact but by the end of the service i knew they didnt care about fixing it or the possibility of repair vs just replacing parts and increasing bill amount.

I have given my laptop fot repair its its very good i recommended every body can make use such highly experienced engineers Thank for the repair at low cost

A computer service center in Mysore . I went there to service my Dell Laptop and he just asked me to change the adaptor as I was using one with a lower power input. Charged me just the cost of a new adaptor. Thought it was very honest.

Extremely helpful in extending my laptop s life time . I use a Dell Inspiron 14R. I went for replacing my HDD-SSD .I cloned my SSd and went with my cloned SSD. I requested them to do a overall cleaning of my 6 year old laptop. In addition to that he fixed my charging cable too . He charged a very Nominal fee for all of this. Fixed a convenient time with him and very polite to give the service.

Waste ,I wont recommend this service centre ,they took ur original lap parts and replace with others , stupidity peeks , I experienced , how the people do like this.
