I had given my ups for battery replacement. I got a defective piece with new battery. It doesnt switch on when needed. I need to wait for 30 mins post which it switches on. When I took it to the shop, he didnt even take a look at it and instead offered me to buy a new set. He knew that its a defective set and hence didnt look at it. He is cheating customers to get through the corona times. How long will he be able to run business like this. He lost my future business and will soon close his shop.

Very arrogant person doesnt know work and full bogus items he will offered to customers. He doesnt know to behave with customers .First learn to talk with customers and run the shop or please close your shop and go to home.

Not a very good experience in perspective of customer service, but if you want some computer stuff like mouse, pendrives ,and other things with in some budget, do check it out...

Beware of this shop. Do not give anything for repair. He will replace the item with a defective one where some other feature is not working.

I have given my laptop for service No transparency found, and they have sent the laptop to some other place for service, solved my problem but loosen extra time and money.
