I bought a Brother printer with this person called Basavaraj in April 2021. While selling he was very pro active. Just after 2 month I had some simple set up issue, but this person is always non responsive, never picks up the call, only once I could speak to him and he asked me to send the details, after sending the details again am chasing him but till date since 1 month, he is not responding. Very Very bad service, I would never recommend this place either to buy a product nor for service. Am considering to go to a Consumer Court now.

Brother Authorised service centre and also HP authorized service centre too from TVS-Electronics.Here they provide all kinds of printer services from any brand and Computer services like Desktop, Laptop, Notebook, Hardware issues, Networking issues, Technical support, telephone services, onsite warranty attends, off-site Warranty too. Avail printer and computer spares too, also door step services including home delivery.

Mr Basavaraju who owns this place is a very knowledgeable person. He asks lot of questions about the printer before coming to a conclusion and provides solution.Went to him with a intermittent working printer and came to know one of the electronic component was damaged. Not only he fixed it but changed the 120V power supply to 240 so that i dont need to use an adapter.Highly recommended this place for any brother printer issues.
