Good service:They are authorised Carry-in service centre for DELL, Redmi, Mi & Asus.They have an A/C lounge for waiting.

Software issues will be fixed within a day. Hardware problems are expected to take at least a week. The cost is economical if the device or the component is out of warranty. Expects a hard copy of the invoice while providing the device for service. Misleads the customer by flashing the device even if it has a specific hardware issue. Always better to take a backup of the data (before visiting this place😅).

Please dont do any business with this fraud.Gave my laptop to fix a small issue with the display, took 11k for changing the whole display and never called back for 3 months. Had to go down to the shop with a police complaint to get my laptop and money back. The laptop was damaged and the RAM was stollen. I had to spend 23k to fix it. Worst service. Absolutely hated it.Please dont go here!

Ashamed to do business with such people. My laptop held for a keyboard replacement almost a month. I paid in advance. I was offered it in 3 days.Still he could not get it replaced. The hero will never call customer and update status. If I call, offer will be for next day. Later I had to shout at him for the unprofessional, shameless way of business. Guys, technology and skill can be bought with money. But business etiquette, should be self earned. If trust lost, who can do business?

This guy is a fraud; he promised delivery of memory and graphics card and took money in advance for ordering. Its been 2 months and no delivery. He will not take calls or call back. Not fit to do business. He claims to be Dell’s authorized dealer. Avoid this shop.

Worst Service.Given my phone Asus Zenfone 5Z for display damage. They promised to repair within 6-7 days and give a call when done. Took the full payment. I have called like 10 times after 7 days after the order. They tell the same thing everytime, Itll be ready within tomorrow we have to receive one more item and we will call. Its been going on like this for four days. Still not even a single call from them. Dont know if they will finish within this year.

Mi service centre, service is good but staff are little bit low on professionalism but ok as they give quick feedback on the device.

I given my mobile as it got lcd screen dimage on but after week I received call that ur mobile is repaired and u can take it so I visited center tdoay when I been there I was shocked as they said we have changed screen thrice time and problem with motherboard which will cost you 9k so I have taken back my mobile in same condition.I dont think so there technician are well trained they dont know what is the problem.
