Bad...after enquiry over phone about availability, I went there taking 70 year old lady for scanning. I was there very much within the time given by them. After reaching got advise to come after another three hours. Said cannot do it now. What nonsense!!!

Worst diagnostic centre to visit.pathetic professionalism n poor response. Except for one Ms.Anita who was very helpful..they lost my blood sample n asked for it again after 4 days when I enquired abt my report..highly irresponsible. Better to visit a government hospital than this one.. nowdays govt primary health centres are working far more efficiently n professionally.hygiene wise also wen we are sitting the cleaning lady comes n asks us to move so that she can sweep..around11.45 in the morning

Report are not given in time. Takes 30 hours to give report for simple like blood tch etc. Quality of service has come down drastically.

Please dont go to this centre. Technician has prepared wrong report. I have fluid collection on my shoulder , I paid 7000rs for MRI. They gave wrong report and made me to sleep for 2 hourse in MRI scan. Technician was not taking proper screening. What the hell radiologists are doing simply putting sign and giving reports. Please dont go.

Very Helpful. Almost all tests are covered within package. On time report delivery. Suggests doctors too if we are in need. HOD is very helpful in nature. Helped me retrieving my card details when I was lost. Co-operative staff. One of the best diagnostic centers in Mysore.

Very bad place, plz dont go, I had taken my father for just RANDOM BLOOD SUGAR at 6.45pm. RANDOM BLOOD SUGAR known as RBS can be instantly checked at home and will be done by most diabetic patients themselves. Just because the machine at home was not working, we went to medall Clumax, Mysore. They told us that the report will be sent by mail at 9pm, that was before his dinner, we accepted and there was no response, so I went there around 10:30pm. There was only one staff with the security. I asked him the contact of the lab administrative officer and he refused to give me the contact details. He even refused to take the photo of the notice board in the lobby. Behaviour was very rude. I felt they are money minded. PLZ DONT TAKE UR CLOSE ONCE TO MEDALL CLUMAX, BALLAL CIRCLE, Mysore. All diagnostics are available under one roof I proud the lab. but all doctors and technicians are not available at one spell or one strech they are elaborated two to three days totally iam 😞😞. Another one since last two years TMT is not working in this regard patients are sent to other lab it is too long distance.I have suggested that please arrange all doctors and technicians are available at the same during day time. They have switched off their lift. Patients have to climb two floors , multiple times to give sample. Better avoid this place.

Had a great experience in this clinic.The satffa are very kind n humble. They know how to keep their patients happy. And one important thing I want to mention that they also provide home sample collection facilities too, the person Dhananjay used to come regularly and provide great service and care for us, really appreciated.Kudos team , keep it up.

If you go for ultrasound scanning, the doctor named Mohan B wont even scan properly and sent me out in a minute. The report said normal even though I was suffering from pain. When I got scanned the next day once again, I was diagnosed with 3 kidney stones. The doctors here are inept and come here to make only money.

Very crowded places worst place if you are in emergency. Even though you taken appointment your test will be conducted along with normal patients(based on availability of doctors) . Some staff are very negligent. If you have multiple test there is no proper timings. The consultation doctor is like tuition class teacher he will not stick to one place. Dont go for package health checkup here. Price wise cheap

Highly disappointed with the services. Would have given a zero if it were an option. The doctors are always unavailable. Even though we had called in advance regarding the availability of the service, we had to wait for two hours for an ECHO just to cancel and go back. How can old age patients wait for such a long time. The doctors are irresponsible. This is not the first experience with medall. A month ago we went to get an ultrasound scanning in an empty stomach and even then the doctors were unavailable. How can a diabetic patient with hypoglycemic problem wait till 11am to get an ultrasound scanning in empty stomach?! Its disgusting. Never visiting medall again. Kannan is the best in Mysore.

Too Worst diagnostics....I will suggest not to prefer this diagnostics center ...They made my parents to wait more than an hour for a medical examination (consultation with Doctor after getting reports) and even after waiting for long time no proper response from the doctor who visits there..The visiting doctor in the morning, when the doctor see the report he should tell whats there in the report and should tell the solution or the ways to improve the health. Then only he s called Doctor...No proper response from him and he s behaving rudely .... Whats the point in waiting for him from long time and if he s not responding properly.....Do they expect more fees ?? I dont know what fishyI

Despite what your doctor tells you, please opt for other diagnostic centres. The mri radiologist here is highly ineffecient and their diagnosis/results is highly erroneous. And also ask for a PET CT, if you want cancer diagnosis. Please do not take your lives decisions base on their lab results. Please beware!!! do not recommend this place to anyone.

Its pretty decent overall and has a variety of tests including MRI, but barring ABG. The cost is much lesser compared to other hospitals. They have home collection as well.
