Worst service.I went to the service centre with a problem of speakers, they serviced it but they ruined the camera and they arent saying anything about if my phone will be alright or not.EditI had to pay 50% for replacing the camera, for no fault of my own.This is the condition of the so called authorised service centre.

Worst service center .... Not giving correct response i had given my phone im trying to call from past 2days .... But the number is always busy ....how could be soo busy in every time ....

I think nobody is working here anymore, only one staff is there she just charge 300rs and take your phone for service and do not solve the problem and no proper response. I think if you go there you Will lose 300rs and get nothing fixed.

The sim slot was problem 1 time I gave they told when update is done it will be correct I gave to them they did update again same problem then the next day I gave return they told some software problem is there u give your phone for 1 day I will solve it I gave to them then also same problem. So replace my phone or solve my problem

They are really unprofessional... Its not world class company response... Its worst class company response.I had given my Mobile to replace the battery and told not to delete any data... But I lost all my data. Now I ask abt the data.. The response is that we cant retrieve your data but we can replace with your old Battery and give it backNow I am suppose to pay service charges for losing my data... This is really disgusting

1) They dont have the courtesy to pick up the phone. I tried calling them on various days, it was the same result : they wouldnt pick up the phone even after multiple long rings. And when I showed up in their office after a week, they had the guts to lie that they had called me and informed me about the issues.2) They are incompetent to the core. My phone was booting well when I gave it for repair, only problem was it was not charging. But their diagnosis was that there was, in their own words, liquid log. This was impossible, because the user of the phone was my 85 years old bed ridden mother and so there was no chance for the phone to be dropped in water. They claimed to have attended to it but found there was still issue with the main board.Thus a still working, expensive phone, has been destroyed by them.When I insisted on a written report, they gave me a Xerox copy of the Engineers report, that too after making me wait for nearly an hour. They refused to give me the original.Later, I read a review by another aggrieved customer who had a very similar experience as mine who says that he was successful in getting his phone repaired elsewhere, although his phone was also declared as having mother board problem, just like mine.I am not at all surprised that there are innumerable reviews loudly complaining about their rank incompetency. Many have accused them of cheating even, like removing the camera in the phone and getting caught . Better go through the reviews before venturing. Deserve -40 rating actually.

Moto e3 power has been given for battery change and still now I am not able to contact them and retrieve my mobile. Worst responce ever. Planned to file a case in the consumer court. Motorola please remove their licence and give it to a good responsive person.

Not responding the call its very bad

I recently visited them to get replacement ofoof lpower button of my moto e3, first day they tell it cannot be done, I asked if it can be ordered the lady in front desk just nodded no. I returned unhappy and disappointed for the service and for the way they treat customers. I ordered 3rd party power button and take it to them. Again same answer. No we wont fix it. I want to ask these big manufacturing companies are you not paying your service center staff, or you dont train them how to treat customers. To mykmy when you buy any manufactured good they take a small amount for the post sale support and services also.This is not just moto similar experience with brand yu.

Absolutely horrendous. Had a battery bulge issue and had given the device for service, the device was operated upon for a week with no avail and then the answer was PCB was the issue. Got the device returned without repair. Its in a worse state than it was now, the screen is just being held on on the top and bottom. Terribly disappointed with Motorolas service.

Changed my volume buttons when I was there and my thoughts are that Motorola isnt funding their services centres enough. It was clear that there wasnt enough staff to cover up the many customers that were there!In my case, my work took 30 min extra than what they mentioned and overall I think they need a manger to keep the place organized!Service is very slow, not surprising. But still does get the job done!

Even 1 star they dont even worth..they took my phone for 1 problem and gifted me 3 more extra problems..which was not existing in my phone before . And they charge too high cost for it.. totally disappointed..if u love ur phone ..plz search other service centers

Gave a moto g turbo with a damaged charging port, it was working perfectly fine except for that.I got the phone with water fungus and the glue used to fix the screen was of low quality so the screen fell off.Moreover, they charged me 500rs to damage my phone.They even deleted all my data and factory resetted it.I highly suggest you to NOT service your phones here

It took 3 weeks to complete a service which was told that it will take only 1 week.. Poor service quality. Even after the service issue wasnt resolved. Again took another 2 weeks.

Service was good. Issue was resolved . Somehow there was no information on the RCA of the issue as in why the problem occurred. Need to be more communicative

I purchased a new Moto g5s plus Mobile phone but this mobile have a charging slot problem, I went to authorized customer service centre and they told me your phone problem is not under warranty! but I dont know how its possible I tell them sir I have 1year warranty for mobile and 6 month warranty for mobile accessories but they tell me one more time we cant do anything about this product.This problem is even also not clear.

Worst service... Had said that it would be 1 week for display replacement. But they took 1 month. Worst ever. And the service quality is also worst. It is like they have stuffed every part in the mobile... It doesnt look like a neat finish and the gum which is applied to fit the display in place is all around and it looks horrible. They took the sim tray when it was given to service, and told that the sim tray is with me and i took it when given to service... They took around 15 mins to search that... I dont know where they r going to throw once we give the mobile... And there are scratches on back of my mobile which was not there previously. And i request Motorola to setup another service station. This is the only service station for mysore and it is both for lenovo and motorola. They dont take lenovo phab here... They will tell the customers that they have to go near shantala theatres nokia store for lenovo phab repair. Worst ever... Motorola mobiles will be good to see when it is newly bought, but not after a service.

The people working inside this service centre really dont know how to deal with customers.They will answer your questions in very RUDE tone . I gave my moto g4 plus fone for repair and my fone didnt had any scratches on camera as well as the outer silver layer of fone but when I got my phone back it was full of scratches, I didnt recognise that was my phone at first and instead of taking the responsibility of my phone they started shouting at me and started blaming me that your phone was in this condition.Seriously @Motorola u have to take care of this service centre.

This is not authorized Lenovo service center I was cheated by these guys.few months ago I was given my phone for service and they took one month after that I was enquired about my phone and they said your phone motherboard has gone so replacing that cost around 12k. (phone cost is 8.5 k) (Lenovo k6 power 32gb) so I told them no need to service, few days back I repaired that mobile from local service center and that guy asked me r u given for authorised services center or what? Because when I given for service my phone serviced by some idiot does not have any idea about mobile phone.so please guys dont go there for service.manager is super worst.

Bad handling and dearth of information with counter staff. For reloading software, I was told one day needed. When I visited after 2 days , they told another 10 days required. Mobile was taken back with disgust and I and my family/friends will never go for Motorola phones in future.
