This is in reply to the review sent by Md. Umar. First of all Md. Umar is a teenager and not my mother’s brother…. Shamelessly expressing personal vendetta on public platform. No where related to the organisation in question. I am the patient’s daughter. I have seen the bruises on my mother’s hand done by the nurse. She has misused my mother’s phone chatting with others and has taken photos of her on the same. As my mother has lost speech, she is helpless. I being the daughter, will understand my mother’s condition better.I can now see that you have edited your postAnd you have mentioned your fathers name as Safeer. I will not edit my post but rather stand by what I have mentioned in my review which is true and I will also stand by to the review written by Mohammed Ibrahim which is absolutely true.In reply to the edited post, Md Umar it was you who started personal attack on public platform.And so called Safeer, who is a jobless person, cannot comment on public platform with someone’s id and he doesn’t seem to be a scientific person as for your kind information, bruises won’t last for more than 2 weeks. And may be you have forgotten that Mohammed Ibrahim is a medical doctor himself. And the part time nurse which safeer mentioned in your post was there one and a half month ago with my mother. With your edited post, it shows that you /safeer have clearly accepted that there is a bruise on my mother’s hand.Secondly, my mother’s surgery was decided mutually among the siblings and my mother’s son ( my brother) took the responsibility of taking my mother from Abu Dhabi (UAE) to get the surgery done in India. So called safeer took up the responsibility from my brother to take care of safeer’s sister (my mother) post surgery and drove my mother out of the house when she could barely walk. This shows your inhumanity especially when all the children were abroad stuck in the pandemic.Thirdly, my mom who cannot hold a spoon to eat her meals , all of a sudden , magically holds her phone, take photos of the nurse savitha, chats on watsapp , blocks and unblocks applications, download and install videos etc. If my mom was so “ NORMAL”, why have you hired a 24/7 nurse from the agency? Again I never intended personal attack but felt the need to retort.

My mother in law who has lost her speech, is having a horrible experience in hands of a nurse provided by your organization. There is no one monitoring her directly, as all children are abroad and she has been stationed in a relatives house..the nurse is very rude, has caused bruises over the patients arm ( attached photos ) and is using the patients phone to chat with boys, taking selfies from patients phone and shockingly also sharing the patients childrens private photos with other people. All this was brought to the organizations notice via phone and email but no action was taken.

In reply to the Ibrahim comments which are all lies, as the patient is my Fayazul Haq Safeer)(my ID is in my sons name) sister, unfortunately she had a fall and fractured hip bone in UAE Abudhabi, was sent back without surgery by so called Ibrahim ( patient SI LAW). We had appointed the nurse and my family and Dr Nayeem families are taking care of the patient . The services of Ayushmaan HC and the Nurse Savitha are the best among all care takers. The nurse Savitha is best among all, taking care of patient like a child, hugging and kissing her. These are the facts, as we are experiencing and observing from 5 months. We appreciate the service of the nurse and we recommend to have same nurse. Sorry for inconvenience caused.Again to Ayesha ibrahim comments this is Safeer 54 years old. Her mom doesn’t leave the phone for a minute and the nurse cannot handle it for one second also. The bruise is one month old when the patient tried to get down from cot when other part time nurse was having lunch. She got hurt and small blood clot mark is diminishing now. The bruise is not of personal handling. Nothing against the nurse. This is becoming personal attack to remove nurse who is innocent.RegardsSafeer

Really we didnt expect of services... Its very great and good services, valuable manners, and care taker and friendly services, and mainly dedication for elders... Specially they took high responsibility...

Definitely, well deserved 5 star! I had a requirement of nursing staff for couple of days to monitor the vitals of my Parents during Covid home quarantine when they got tested positive. Pavan even arranged for the BP apparatus and Oximeter devices along with the nursing staff. Service was very good and friendly staff. I would recommend Ayushmaan team!

Immediately arranged the male staff for the post surgery nursing requirement we had for my brother who had met with an accident . Well trained staff and met my requirement . Will definitely suggest Ayushmaan . Keep up the good work .

We required a nurse 3 times a day to administer some procedures and Ms Ashik and other staff were always punctual, kind and patient with my grandmother. They were quick to respond to the request and have been responsive throughout.

Very good experience.Im a doctor myself.My wife had severe gastritis and I tried to give I.V at home but I couldnt get the vein.
