I gave my Samsung M30 for display change and they told it will take around 7-15 days to get repaired. I gave phone and advance 2000. And I waited patiently and on 13th day which was a Saturday they informed Display is not available and need the box and accessories etc for getting it from somewhere else. I wanted my phone and advance refunded and informed them tat I will be coming to get them back. And on Monday morning I went and they were like that phone is locked in a locker and key is with some employee who is on leave and asked me to come back in the evening. And also some officer not there so cant refund my money as told to come another time to get tat. And story in short, I paid three visits in total to get my stuff which was still not repaired. And they dont have a customer feedback register to write down my displeasure. They dont care abt value of customers time.
Very very worst service, head long reply, irritative, irresponsible speech, i never seen before such a bad service centre...
Worst ever experience. They took more than 10 days for servicing my mobile that too after follow up.

0 stars if possible.Worst fraud company. Gave my middle east bought samsung tab 3 t201 for repair on 22 july. Battery was not charging and device heated up was my complaint. They asked to leave the device and on 23 returnees it stating INR 16000 as cost of repairs saying circuit board dis play and battery were dead. On returning home saw that they have put a local circuit board while our tab had light green circuit board they have fitted a sea green circuit board and the UAE trai number in about the device is missing. THINK TWICE BEFORE SERVICING GOODS BOUGHT ABROAD HERE IN THIS FRAUD COMPANY SHAME ON YOU THIEVES.

I went with a battery issue with my Galaxy A5. It was very worst experience..The front desk staff doesnt knlw anything and they are fully relaxed not taking any responsibility..Very lazy and arrogant staff..They cant even tell a date or time frame for resolving the issue.
