Nice place to buy home appliances, its very spacious with ground and first floor. Staff was polite and courteous and helped me with the questions I had. Bought a Bajaj room cooler, it came with 1 year warranty plus another year from Croma. Its a pretty decent piece but did make a bit of a loud noise.

Bought an LG NANO86 for 92k and this is what they have delivered.They delivered a display piece which was excessively used. Over that the sales executive & the manager over there throw attitude saying we had informed you its a display piece. The sales executive spoke like a rogue. When asked for a replacement their behaviour was very ill mannered , cheap and disgusting.Why would I pay close to a lakh for a used piece?Please train your staff on how to behave with their customers. You are ruining the brand name.So to the Manager & the staff there. You might spend a lakh on a used piece but not me.Hope you dont do this to other customers.

Worst service to people of Mysore. Its been a week I have raised compliant to replace filter of water purifier(they forcefully made me to pay for 2nd filter while purchasing purifier). No single response from Croma from past week. There is no point in having Croma in Mysore. It is nothing but giving our own products and begging them to install. Shut-down your Croma centre in Mysore. We dont want Croma in Mysore.
