Best solar service in mysuru

Very worst solar. Dont buy and waste your money. Their technician doesnt know to fix it properly. In my case after fixing within one month only every thing collapsed. And if we tell them warranty period is still there replace it. owner had told that air had blocked we cant replace. .very worst solar.

We are using Arun Solar from past 16 years, there service is best. We have recently purchased two more solar from them

We used this solar for 6 years. Totally we spent around Rs 36,000/- for 200 liters solar + repair + annual maintenance. After 6 years due to hard water the cylinder started leaking. The solar people asked us to replace it, which was quite expensive. We had to discard the solar and buy new solar(different company). Rs 50,000/- for 6 years is not at all worth. We did not get any return for saving electricity. It is a big loss.

Worst service.. These people will not come back when we give compliant and these people are money oriented than service oriented. People inside office will say we will register a compliant and send people but they wont take any action and moreover they are busy chatting in mobile than treating customer in a better way.

Arun solar is the worst solar industry you ever encounter ever.Poor quality and improper service and they have a very distrusting approach once they sell their product to you.We have a solarizer at our home, which was installed 7 years before and having no single complaint till now.I highly recommend not to buy this Arun solar.

Very poor quality product with at a very high price. Not worth at all. Dont go for it. Their after sale service is non-existent.

Will not refer this product to any one, very bad customer support, the tubes have choked and there is no inflow due to hard water, have been following up for the service and they are not sending any, they are good in giving reasons.
