Lack of knowledge among all staff. No one knows any answer for customer queries

No professional behaviour . Canara bank is much better . Staffs see people like servants . Worst worst experience. They took 3 days to open one account still they didn’t so I cancelled it . Very poor place . Please people of Chamarajanagar don’t use SBI . Use Some other bank . Worst management. You better know how to treat customers. We are keeping our money in you you bank .

Very bad customer service and the employees are very ignorant excluding a few of them.There is no professionalism in the bank and token system is not implemented yet. One of the worst SBI branch.

This branch is one of the spacious banks in the Mysore City, but they dont use that space, everything in the bank is very very unorganised, the staff doesnt care about the public, the fans and the ac dont work, long time to wait for just small work in the bank the ATM is very very unproductive one!!!!

It’s really waste of time to give a rating for this branch. SBI is the reputed Indian GOVT. organisation but this branch is a best example for worst customer service. Most of the employees are above 55 age including branch manager. Because of that there is no proper response and to get any assistance we have to wait for an hour.

This is the worst branch that I have experienced in my whole life till now.The people who are working in this branch are the most unfit human beings and they dont to maintain the sever of their branch and they dont know how to response to the clients properly.please if any one who want to open an account in this branch please dont ever think that and try another SBI branch.I have already transferred my account to other branch.Lastly to find the most unfit people to be found in the world are available in this branch.🤬

Why cant u hire. younger .fast working. and humble people.all r above 55

This Bank staffs misguiding the farmers amount which had come through the government schemes so I request farmers to be aware of this irresponsible staffs

Cant give 0 stars to the lethargic unmoving lazy staff who cannot cater to needs of even enabling internet banking to a senior citizen. Made to go there more than 7 times for a pathetic small operation. Everybody keeps pushing their job to a person who is never available in the office. Manager hardly stays in the branch. Sad I didnt ask the senior citizen to open the account in other branch.

I wish I could give zero stars for this branch. Employees of this branch are the most irresponsible ppl I have ever seen. None of the employees including the branch manager is aware of the process to activate the dormant ppf account. They are so shameless to say that they dont know the process and asking me to visit the bank another day. They should first learn to respect the customers time.
