Third class bank they r not giving my money manger simply sitting in chaimber if we stand infront of him he will do something in table and uneducated peoples in bank

Worst branch I have ever seen.Very rude people appointed.They never work for customer satisfaction, they make us wait for hours together for a small work.

Worst bank I have ever seen till now when ever I try to make transaction through app it shows server is not working,and they dont keep cash in ATM, hundreds of ppl make transaction in their bank but still they will not have money in ATM.if we go and withdraw the cash in other bank they deduct 23 rupees for single transaction,for their mistake we need to pay extra cash I still ant understand what kind of service they are giving to customers

Very poor customer service, gave an application form requesting change of bank branch of our savings account, from Jayalakshmipuram canara bank, on 20th June 2020, evenafter nearly 3 months, they have not done., inspite of several follow-up visit to the bank branch., highly irresponsible staff who dont have any commitment towards delivering customer satisfaction.

It is the worst bank, i have ever seen. This branch manager will not take the any responsibility with the customer, just saying as, go with another staff, its not my job.

Worst service. The money was deducted from my mothers account and I had raised a complaint via e-mail. The issue was not solved even after 10 days. Their telephone line doesnt function at all, every time I try calling the call gets disconnected. They dont give a damn about Customers. Very sad that government allows such banks to run. They dont even deserve 1 star. Kindly do not open an account in this bank, theyll make you run for your money. A bunch of stupid rude people are appointed as staff here. Please avoid this bank

The ATM doesnt dispense 100 rupee denominations, unlike SBI and ICICI. Usually crowded in the afternoons.

No help from helpline desk, our credit card not validated FM last one werk
