Very bad experience they do not accept their mistake and very negligence answers given, they dont care about customer situation /emergency. And no proper instructions given.

Very irresponsible response from the staff. Came to pledge the gold at 10.15 and waited till 3 oclock to come out. But the gold loan board tells only 30min to get loan.They will give reasons like all the staff are busy in other work plz wait till they get free.

Hi everyone I personally recommended my wife to pledge gold here is just opposite my office, and came to pledge ask the Relationship manager she told at 12:45pm but we are waiting from 11am to 3pm no response, one old staff told wait you will get, so long time but no response from any other staff, very bad bank we never saw such irresponsible staff. Please do not go to any service to this SBI branch JL puram, near mahajana collage, mysore.

For every thing they have a reason that staff shortage.After the Merger of Kalidasa Road branch with this Branch all customers pulling their hairs out, as to why this decision was taken.To remit cash or withdrawal one has to wait minimum one hour.To remit cheques in their so call cheque drop machine, the less spoken better,Either the acknowledgement paper is not there, or they system is shut down, or the cheque deposited gets cleared after two days due to technical reasons. Nobody is answerable in the branch.Its better they shut this branch and give VRS to all the senior citizen staff.

What a horrible bank, and branch. My family has been banking with this branch since my grandmother started their third account. Despite all these years of loyalty, the service is terrible. For example, I have been trying to change my phone number on my account. The systems which dont require customers to go to the bank dont work. Despite taking time and visiting the branch, they havent done it in one week. This bank and branch is a burden on taxpayer money, if you want to make wise decisions with your money, make this place your last option.

Typical lazy government office styled bank. It is very common for all officers to disappear at the same time with clerks and helpers running the bank.Over staffed and working in silos makes the whole system inefficient.For records, been having an account here for last 30+ years.
