Very poor and slow service .For home loan they have only one counter and waiting period is more then one hour . Horrible situation in this so called modern bank

Absolutely #1 in customer service!I am a Privilage Banking customer and I have been associated with Rama Vilas road branch for more than 2 decades, from the days when they were in 1st floor D.D.Urs Road before shifting to R.V.Road, I love their service and everything gets done so fast here. Even though nowadays most of the things gets done through their net banking but still some times, we might need to visit the branch for certain problems. I am an user of many products of theirs and I highly recommend this branch.

They say everything is online now a days. But this bank doesnt have a valid customer care number to which normal public can contact. If you go there by sacrificing an hour or two of your lives to clarify the queries offline, you face nothing but humiliation done by the monsters in this bank disguised as staff members. If u cant spread a smile and tell the querier that the bank is closed for business today, and instead talk in singular language to customers, then you dont deserve to be in that job of the so called customer desk lady of the ram vilasa branch. To all those reviewers who said that this bank has a great customer care, I would like to meet them and ask them personally - Really.?!If ICICI bank cares to reply or take note of this review, have the courtesy to upload the banks VALID phone number in google maps so that customers can avoid getting scolded to their faces atleast and save an hour or two of their lives coming to this branch for nothing.

Not happy with the service. After account opening they arent worried about issues what customers are facing and blaming the customers only.

My suggestion please dont take loan from ICICI bank if your are delayed one EMI they will send rowdies to home addresses

The worst experience today in ICICI Rama vilasa Branch ground floor, frontdesk. Met loan sections department staff Radha, She dnt have patience to listen what is the coustmer request, bouncing back & not giving the loan track, just have half information about authentication. Please Hire some of the best coustmer centric solutions Provider folks. Please review your folks & educate. give proper knowledge about Bank related information before they talk nonsense. This makes to hold back ICICI, better to go ahead other onces.

Fraud bank branch .....Worst bank ever Ive visitedThey never give proper response to the costumerAnd their talking accent is so rude, they think as if we are begging to them if we say any issue with the bank account. They always have some reasons to say. They wont let us to meet maneger even if the manager is free and they always lie that maneger is in meeting and the employees are so rude they wont respond properly.If we ask any further information or if we talk about some rules they makeup their own rules and send us back.Ive visited 28 times in a month , both in morning and afternoon.Always they ignore and there will be a reason to send us back.If u have any issue with this bank please make sure u have a contact of nearby police station.They are making some fraud they dont give respect to in-person

The manager was really cooperative and understood the gravity of the case. Neha Maam was really supportive and helped until the transaction was successful . Due to the unfortunate pandemic , the bank is working with reduced workforce and hence you can expect a slight delay . Overall a great experience. Thank you Team ICICI !

I visited the branch and for 20 minutes no one addressed my query and instead of attending customers during the pandemic and to send them back at the earliest! they are on con call with one more lady who s sitting in the corner of the room and giving stupid instructions that could be done even from home while not with the customer!! Rediculous staff behaviour ..feeling pathetic

Pathetic branch. Clueless and arrogant employees. They dont even have the minimum infrastructure and facilities to complete KYC. Had a very good impression on ICICI bank and their service, but this one branch is sufficient to prove me wrong.

Very slow staff service. Had weirdest experience after taking loan. Before taking loan, they will treat us like king and after prevailing loan, we will be there slaves. We need to wait for there service. Especially while adjusting loan interest. Think and act.

Worst service. While opening the account they were behind us coming to doorstep. Now when trying to close the account, every time they have a new procedure.

Cash deposit machine doesnt work here, the staff need to convey this to customers to avoid confusion and anxiety. Bad experience.

They charge a Rupees 200 fee through their ATM for international or currency conversion cards (even if you are using a no fees account!)-go for the convenience as Axis appears to be the only other bank in Mysore allowing such withdrawals and Axis charge an even worse conversion rate.

The best thing is that the ATM is open 24 7 it is the main branch of mysore very hygeinic
