A very arrogant manager here who doed not know how to deal with customers.

Not at all happy with the products and customer service! I had bought a Bata shoe with an warranty of 6 months ! Now its 2 and half month, shoe sole is peeling off so I came to replace /service they are like NO SERVICE NO REPLACEMENT! Really disappointed regarding the service towards customer!
