The hotel is totally deck. The room was not prepared even though we arrived 1 hr late. The TV was not working. And no water in washroom....basically the cleaning boy was sweeping the room when we arrived. The cupboard is broken . the hotel staff was asked 3 times to fix the TV but they didnt bother to do anything.And no towel was provided and we asked for it then only they provided it.Overall very bad experience.P.S. dont even try the food at this hotel. It is over priced and taste is also not good!

Had a two day stay here, drinking water was chargeable instantaneously, means the guy who provided water to your room asks for the money instead of adding it to bill, I get it, its bottled water thus chargeable, but theres no option to opt for regular water. Additionally Keys to the room werent provided for hours, the room was provided unlocked and after multiple complaints the keys were arranged. The receptionist was unavailable most of the times. Although the room was clean, such experiences just pushes away the customer who comes looking for convenience.

Nice maintained Hotel, well trained staff. Rooms are neat and spacious so as the bed is very soft and comfortable to sleep.Good parking, free WiFi, Hot water, free breakfast are some the amenities highlights...Cost is also very moderate...Overall had a good night staying there... Place is in the center of the city. You have easy access to everything. The area where the hotel is situated might be a bit crowded. They lack parking facility. But you can park around 2 to 3 cars in their front and they will really help you to get it done. The place is neat and you also have a good restaurant if you want to have lunch or dinner. Overall, its a good place to spend your vacation at Mysore.

Good hotel. Room was spacious and the staff was also courteous. The only drawback during our stay was that the restaurant was non-functional. The bed was super comfy. Bathroom was also clean. The hotel is good for family, couple as well as groups. The tariff also isnt that much. Market is walking distance which is an added advantage if you wish to buy clothes or food. Worth it!

Weve stayed there for a weekend. Okay place to stay.Phone provided was not working. Have to ask reception even for water.Place is near to Mysore palace, also accessible from many major areas of city.

Its kind of a decent place with decent rooms... Not much of a collection O feeling but ok for a night stay... they have their own biriyani center and as the place is in the market area, food, shopping and transportation is easy...

A really disappointing stay,The bed was pretty small, wall had marks and spots, the washbasin was broken, water was dripping from the ac, the tv was not working.The expectations were very high as it was a OYO collection O , but it was not even standard.They even charged for packaged water, that too above MRP. For this price range you may find other better hotels to stay

My first booking in Oyo and turns to be a wonderful experience. The hotel looks very good considering its cheap price.Only breakfast is available that too if informed earlier. No dine in was available when I visited.You can definitely order from nearby restaurants. They serve food to your room as well.AC was not working and they were kind enough to provide us a new room based on availability.Definitely a very good budget hotel in Mysore.

False amenities shown in make my trip app and hotel. Staff behaviour was worst than one can imagine. They don’t have parking even a fan on reception. If you are waiting in the reception you will be sweating and when questioned staff will rudely respond saying you to shift to 5 star hotels if u need fan and other amenities. The contact number of the hotel is never reachable and the complimentary breakfast is way beyond edible conditions. The owner of the property is least bothered about customer Satisfaction and has instructed entire staff to not provide his contact number to any customers. Parking is not at all there and the property is in very narrow road, all images available on the net are photoshopped.

The hotel was awesome and the staff was very nice. The room service is quick,fast and easy to reach. The room and the beds were clean and hygenic.They have a travel desk too, so if anyone is visting for the first time to mysore they can book cars to travel to nearby places at very affordable prices.

Only positive is its cheap through Oyo. Elevator didnt work, not well lit, balcony is there but not there, leaky faucet, AC not in a good condition. Terrible experience overall. Wouldnt recommend.

Its a new property well maintained with lift and room service and a restaurant. We were a group of 35 students and teachers travelling from Nagaland with the company Discovery Tour India and we stayed here one night and we had a great experience. The staffs are well mannered and prompt , with coffee and tea in room with hot water kettle. The restaurant serves good breakfast . Overall good experience.

Good place. Clean and tidy rooms. Parking area is there. Complementry break fast was good. Mysore palace located just 1km. Better to use cab service instead of own vehicle for sight seeing. More super market is 650 meter (Wines collection available@MORE). If you want to eat outside go in front of Raj kamal theatre road(take left in front of hotel),just 100 meters from hotel.you can find good juice shops and biriyani shops.

A decent place to stay...good staffs..walkable distance from the main city busstand...rooms were clean except the tv and kettle werent working....the room we stayed had a cute balcony...

Stayed here for two days during Dasara 2017.Pros:Located very near to all the attractions in Mysore. Looks Clean and Modern. Amenities are good. Service Staff is responsive. Pocket friendly stay.Good Travel desk & reception staffCons: No Restaurant, they provide food from outside. Breakfast included was good in the price taken but it was all cold when served.The worst thing was the owner sitting all the time near to reception with his family and howling on his staff, Owner response is never welcoming.

Never book in this hotel. Its a lodge. Most horrible lodge you can imagine ever. Cleaners come to duty after 10 AM. Confirmed booking will be refused when you reach this lodge. The manager behaves as if he owns a great property in Mysore. Its in a gali. Decent people should shun this lodge. Break Fast comes from outside. Restaurant not functioning. Tables are the ugliest tables i have seen anywhere. Greedy fellows squeeze the customers. Could not see any happy face there.

This hotel is really a good place to visit the Mysuru Palace and the malls and the room are also clean, but the air conditioning is not working properly and we cannot adjust the cooling because the remote control battery was removed and the same problem in the television that is working but only news channel that works, we cannot change the channel because the remote control does not contain a battery, but the room was clean and the room lock also has a more advanced security system that serves to stay.

Its a nice budget hotel in the heart of the city. I had booked through Oyo here for a Friday night stay and got a double bed AC room for 800 rupees.Situated in the heart of the city, its a clean hygienic hotel and with ample parking space in the nearby ground. Kerala hotels for having cheap food are at walkable distance from here.

I had a very good experience at this hotel, the place is pretty good for the price it ranges from. The beds and the bathrooms are neat with nice fitted mirrors and yellow light makes it look great.They have a complentary breakfast where there are three breakfast dishes with bread and jam and tea.Nice stay and a nice hotel overall

We were here on the week end. We had actually booked 3 rooms through OYO for 3.5k. The place wasnt worth the price paid. I believe it was worth 500₹ thats all. The below details can convince you why I believe the place is just worth 500₹ per room.1. The place isnt as good as it looks in pictures in OYO.2. The rooms were not clean including the beds.3. It was a AC room but the controller did not work and even after informing the hotelier, they did not do anything for the cause. I guess I told him about the AC around 8-10 times.4. Worst service. They do not care about the guests.5. Complimentary breakfast was just pathetic. Believe me you can find some great food roadside better then what these people serve. They tell its a buffet and later they say its limited. For example: 2 idlis and 1 vada for one person.6. No feedback form available both from Oyo as well as Hotelier.Conclusion: I prefer not to book or visit this place again paying more then 500₹. There are various other alternatives available in Mysore.

Uncultured behavior by the hotel staff by taking our phones to review their own service. Very near to railway station, main bus depot & market place. Nice & quite place. Good staff. Neat & clean interior. Hassle free check out, with out any fuss about timings.

I stayed there for 2 nights 25 and 26th Nov,2016. Staffs were very professional. one day morning coffee was not that great, I politely told the same to the manager and immediately they reacted to that and gave us fresh coffee again. Room cleanliness and room service is very good.

Booked it for my family through Oyo Rooms as they were traveling to Mysore for the weekend. They hike up the prices like crazy over the weekend and its totally not worth it.Very unprofessional, they denied giving a room as they had some issue with Oyo which was uncalled for as they confirm the rooms and their arrangement with Oyo is something internal and they should not transfer that to the guest. If they are so unhappy with Oyo then they should discontinue their association with Oyo.Most important part of the room is the bathroom and that was a big let down. Never again for the property...

One of the worst experience .Guys never ever book this hotel. Booked 2 rooms via MMT, on the day of check-in hotel denied entry quoting that they have recently hiked their prices and our booking was of less amt. The rooms and the service is not good. But if you are looking for a room in the market area then you can go for it. The buffet breakfast served is not upto the mark. At times half of the items are finished. They are served cold. So u dont feel like eating.

This hotel is in the middle of the city but not on the main road. You will have to take narrow busy road to get there. Parking is available. Room is ok but the bath rooms were not very clean. There were moulds in the bath room.

Check inn time is very inconvenient (12 PM ). VERY close to Railway station , Mysuru Palace and Jaganath Art gallery. If you stay here and have a day to spare then visit the above mentioned places by simple walking ( if you enjoy walking ).Their food prices are a bit high so the walking part might hekp you see new places to dine inn.
