Dragged in here by a random Indian who I thought was being kind. I should’ve known better. Definitely paid way to much for my ‘silk’ scarves, tourist prices for a tourist trap. Sad as they seemed like nice people.

Nice products, tourist prices. One of the many on the area. We saw a few, almost all the same things and customer service (not the best). You can give it a try if you dont mind to pay more and want to find all the stuff in the same place.

They show you fabric and tell that it is silk. If you check that fabric you find out that it is synthetic. So, dont believe to their words.Also their skills in making clothes are low.

Do not go there !! This is a tourist trap !! Dont believe to the person who takes you there ... they just do it for the commission. Everything is fake in this place. I say it from my own experience. Avoid having a bitter moment when you realize about the scam. My personal recomendation, go only to the goverment stores in case you want some good quality and authentic stuff.

My very nice guide Deepak showed me this interesting store, with merchandise like carpets, clothing, buddhas, elephants, scarves, and tapestry in so many colors, sizes and different good quality. The singing balls, and their lovily different sound, love them. The owner Firdous had a very thoroughfull and interesting presentation of how a silkcarpet is handknotted. Its a peace of art I can tell. And the carpets I was such a lovily quality, and good prices. I would really recommend this shop, and will come back.

Horrible shop - if youre a foreigner dont go here, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. The guys here lied to my face and told me they were selling me a pure silk, hand loomed saree for 5,000 rp. Once I opened the fabric after purchasing, I realized the fabric was completely fake and looked like plastic. They would not open the fabric inside the store for this reason because they knew what they were doing. I also was refused a bill after purchasing so I cant even do anything about it. Dont support this shop. You will waste your time and money. These guys are cheap and will lie directly to your face in order to sell what they have. If you go here, do your research and know what youre looking for and the proper price - dont make a rookie mistake like me

Maybe I am wrong but did not find anything which seemed worth a buy to me... Again, I could be wrong.
