First of all I like to say thanks for Sony for their customer support. its a good experience in Roshan electronics Mysore.. The Manager and co workers are very good. For any Sony service please visit Roshan electronics Mysore. Its really a good place for Sony service. Thanks to Sony team who resolved my problem.

This is a SONY servicing out let for all SONY products and is located on the main Road easily accessable. Service is good.

Very much agree with pathetic attitude, these are the guys because of Sony brand name is getting doomed, first of all need to teach them courtesy and second how to talk to customer and than knowledge about Sony products and lastly teach them how to get organized inventory... And for every question their answer is place your order and pay money than only will give answers about time duration to get replacement and final price of the product. How is it possible that they do not have a standard price list for the power adapters. They behave like we have asked for something out of the world material.

Third class service in mysore technition not trined this guys tell sony tv motherbord gone estimation cost 12000rs but my tv not motherboard problem. We repair out side just 200rs we dont repair mother bord just power supply problem,

What ever you go there for, they will tell you Mother Board problem, phone goes to Bangalore for 15 day, and cost 10K.Go to Mandi Mohala near Hotel Dasaprakash, there are plenty of mobile repair shops. They can fix your phone in few hours in front of you. I got my Sony smartphone fixed in 2 hours in front of me and i paid Rs. 1000. The same repair Roshan electronics quoted 10k. Just a name sake shop.

Hi,I have sony T2 ultra D5322 and its suddenly death due to battery issue. So I went to sony authorised service center Kuvempunagar Mysore. That people take this phone to repair and told wait for a minute for issue troubleshoots so i waited till 2 hours in service centre after that they told. Its mother board problem so its should be replace and amount is around 10k also its not available here we try to check out from bangalore So after I told them No its only issue and battery suddenly drained so please just boost the battery aftee that issue will resolve. But that people didnt agree my solution. And they told its not possible.After that i went to local mobile shop and explained issue and that people just boost up the battery... In just 15 minutes and after its working fine and he take RS=80. Whre is 10k where is Rs80.Our valuable time. Money waste to visit sony authorised service center... Kindly verify all your authorised service center peoples they are not well trained. Other wise sony go to hell...I spend my valuable time to wrote this opinion just for I respect Sony...

Attitude!!! Xperia attitude! Take me or leave me, I am like this only attitude!They charged me inspection charge because I took more than 2 days to give approval for screen replacement of my Xperia Z3 compact, but are yet to deliver, even after 15 days of paying advance. Apparantly, they want another 15 days!Back of the service job sheet has 15 conditions (yes FIFTEEN CONDITIONS) for you. You can impose none on them! Not a good Xperiance!

Do not even think of going here, spend extra money and take it to Bangalore, these guys possibly provide the worst service ever and used old components for my Sony Bravia TV. It took them close to two months to fix it and only after I filed a complaint with the consumer court and the regional Manager!
