Worst service. No spares available. Battery not available. Huge delay in getting car back from service. By mistake paid double on Google pay. Taking ages to refund.

The service has a homely touch. The cars are so underrated. Indians need to understand Fiat, Jeep cars are amazing. Dont go by the flash of Korean or other popular car makers.

Service provide by the mechanic is good but the advisors are not good

If you are going here, know beforehand that you will be robbed in broad daylight and even after shelling so much they will make sure they will break some or the other thing. I had given my car for service and car needed shock absorber replacement and when I came home after shelling Rs.15k, I was in for a surprise. The windshield was broken. The interior of the car near the boot was broken.

Fiat have given engines to most car companies but their own shells are unsold.. Service is ur biggest misery. So sad to hear M G with your engine selling better than your compass.

Service they offer here is good. And my overall experience is satisfactory. Only concern is that Fiat spares n services are quite expensive.

Looks false, though I spent 37 thousand, no one bugs are fixed.i gave my vehicle saying following bug to be fix -- Glow plugs- Check Engine- Steering is bit tightand this people were agreed to be fixed.i dont recommend this service center.

I was traveling around Bandipur when my engine check lamp came on. I took the car in for a check up. The oil separator hose had come off. The service center fixed it promptly, topped up the coolant and the car was ready in 30 mins. They didnt even charge me for it. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

Its not well organized properly to service and deliver the vehicle. The quality of service is poor. Its not customer friendly.

I had to do an under body coat to my Avventura. When I came to mysore, just rang to fiat service mysuru, they responded quickly and ready to take work. In addition to underbody coat body polish was also done, and my car was ready for delivery before the scheduled time. To my surprise, I saw my car just as new from show room. Hats off excellent job.
