Stayed in superior room.Location is at centre to all visiting places,its just within 2 - 3 kms radius, offcourse the popular place Brindavan garden is outside city is around 21 kms. Fitness center is good have all required equipments for daily workout,so you dont miss the physical training during travel.Breakfast 🥞 is awesome, one of the best in town.staffs are very friendly and co-operative. One of the best, good and hygienic hotels in Mysore surroundings. Couple of minutes from bus stand and RR Gate.View from top floor are too good and fantastic which can drive away your tension and stress.Room was very clean, neat and well maintained.Toilet was clean and hygiene.Restaurant was well maintained, clean and the food was good. The staffs were too good and they were very down to earth.Room service was good and on time on our request.You can have reach Mysore Palace within 3 to 5 min walk.Reception team was good and very kind to us.Daily newspaper services are available. Pool side dining was available. Drive away our mood in such lights.

Quick service with courteous staff. However, I felt the bathroom cleanliness lacked. And even the kettles weren’t properly cleaned.Food in the hotel’s restaurant was good but very costly. There will be a complimentary breakfast for two members per room. Others must pay, I think ₹400 for breakfast(buffet), if I’m correct.

It was a horrible experience I can say. The bathroom was not having proper drainage. If you put some water near toilet it will be stuck.When you keep your foot for nature’s call you will not at all feel comfortable able you feet will be inside the water.Pillow covers were damaged one one request they changed it. How can you give such bad quality thing when you are charging so much of money.The A/C was set in 20 but room was pretty hot.I doubt whether the a/c is working properly or not.I my booking the dinner was inclusive. I waited for 20-30mins to get some chilly chicken, roti, Egg salad. I called many people multiple times to get it. So horrible experienceI would recommend not to stay here. They are charging so much of money for nothing.

Hotel is centrally located and has close proximity to Mysore zoo. The hotel offers a comfortable stay and guests can definitely treat them with their mouthwatering cuisine. Their kitchen serves good taste.

Hotel is located in center place of Mysore. KSRTC bus stand is very near. Rooms were clean and decent. Laundry service available with extra price. Hotel have not subscribed to channels, so TV was not working. Wifi was available. Overall nice place to stay. Room rent was little bit costly.

Very courteous staff.Their food is another stand out.Have been staying on a regular basis in the past couple of years and have always enjoy my stay at Sandesh.They have the premium Palace rooms and the budget friendly Pride rooms. The cost difference is purely on the amenities. The staff treat every customer in the same friendly way, irrespective of which rooms you stay in.

The welcome isnt that great.The attitude of the male receptionist wasnt nice at all.The lift access needs a card to access which old people or elders may find it hard to operate which isnt user friendly.The room offered was less than expectations as per the reputation of the hotel. The bathroom for a normal room isnt spacious enough for people who are old.South Indian snacks isnt available during evenings.Apart from the above mentioned points, the stay was good.

Hot water was not consistent, other than that the room was clean and staffs were good as well.Had trouble with the parking system and was not able to take my car out and had to pay for taxi to go out which was an issue as well.But other than this, it was good!

Pleasant experience. The staff were very helpful. The food was brilliant. The ambience is quite impressive and beyond expected, for the price paid. It had a traditional and royal touch in every corner, which is quite what a tourist would look forward to, in Mysore.On request, the rooms were booked beside each other on the same floor, which made it quite convenient.The only weak point was that the AC wasnt effective enough to beat the summer heat.

I would like to start by saying that now If Im going to visit Mysore ever, I will be staying in this hotel only & there are numerous reasons for the same.The location of the hotel is amazing, the staff is exceptionally well & the hospitality is superb.Right from welcoming the guests to seeing them off, the staff has been very courteous & have taken care of smallest of the smallest things as well.Theres a silk emporium & a handicraft shop in the hotel itself & we were given discount also because of the hotel. The collection of the materials in the emporium was also at par.Overall a wonderful & a very comfortable stay. This is with regards to my stay at Hotel Sandesh the Prince, Mysore from 17-20 September 2021. I had booked a stay for 3 guests for 3 nights at the hotel and made the entire payment after confirmation on the goibibo app. While checking out of the hotel I was told to pay Rs. 900/- telling me that I was charged for the 3rd guest for only 2 nights and I had to pay the extra amount for the 3rd night. On repeatedly telling the hotel staff that I have made the complete payment, they insisted that the extra amount had to be paid. I am extremely disappointed with the hotel since I have stayed there previously, with no issues and also with goibibo for the hidden charges.

Amazing place. Loved our stay here. Rooms are spacious. Menu includes perfect combination of North and South Indian dishes. Also, their continental dishes are worth trying. Complimentary breakfast includes various dishes like Idli, vada, dosa, chicken sausages, pancakes etc.

Its a heavy price tag hotel, consider it twice before you go. PR Shivakumar will make it worth staying there.

I loved the architecture, the art in the hotel, the rooms.Each room has a mini-bar with mini liquor bottles and wine bottles as well and with chocolates and snacks. The breakfast buffet also is elaborate with variety of fruits, English, north and south Indian breakfast. Enjoyed the stay here.The security, doorman and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Old world charm is the apt word to describe the hotel. Some things are traditional, some things are modern here. The buffet breakfast is good. Food from the in-house restaurant is tasty, while being quite expensive. The pool and game parlor are closed due to pandemic. Gym is claimed to be open.

Having stayed at the neighboring Sandesh Pride earlier, we believed Prince would be a significant step up and gave it a shot. At the end of our stay, it was not fully worth the price.The entrance is grand, with old world bell boys and people in uniform to assist you. The staff at the hotel and especially the restaurant, is great and this is one of the few good points about the hotel.The other good point is the location.The room was well appointed - at first. On day 1, the kettle gave us an electric shock. Then the lamp shade glass broke off. Then the hair dryer stopped working. Then the bathroom light. It seemed to be an endless list, but thankfully we checked out before then.The breakfast buffet was reasonable. Room service, again not worth the price. Plus there were hidden caveats such as some items only available at some times, which we didnt expect when paying 1000 or 2000 rs for a decent family meal. Nor were the items customizable for small children.All in all, best to try other newerr and reasonably priced places that might be a bit farther away.

Worst experience ever had, they allotted the room we the bed sheets had blood stains, room had no proper door lock , AC was not working. After we reported this they gave us another room but with new problems Tubs had no stopper and refrigerator was not working. Totally spoiled our holiday, price definitely not worth what we are payingOnly reason giving it 2star because of the staff how are friendly and took our issue seriously and tried to help us .This Hotel need to look into Cleanliness , hygiene very seriously and also need to maintain the basic amenities of the room

Decent hotel but delux rooms are not that spacious, for a couple it suits well but any additional bed reduces the space. Breakfast and dinner were really worth for tge package offered to us. We really enjoyed the stay and spent time in swimming pool too.

The staff was so helpful and wonderful.The rooms were spacious and beautiful and so were the bathroom.Housekeeping was swift and courteous.Food was awesome.The travel desk( concierge) Mr Ashwaq is the best person in mysore for bookings towards coorg, kabini, nagarhole, ooty and many more nearby attractions.

They did not follow COVID safety precautions properly. Waiters were not wearing masks properly and the live counter chef was not wearing gloves. Checkout was also delayed because of bills not being tracked properly.
