Very good place for walk...you have ample space for raw workoutThough the main track area is reserved only for registered users other spaces of statium can be accessed.

Great place for athletes...racing track...high jump..hockey..swimming pool..batmanton...walleye ball..football ground...event cant also be organized for sporta categories...membership options are also available with decent cost

Chamundi vihar stadium is one of the oldest place in mysuru... it is the second home for the athletes, m glad that Ill be visiting regularly to this place , the atmosphere is very well maintained, day by day the quality is increasing, it inspires people to visit here..😇

Well maintained ground in Mysore. Advantage is that all the public is allowed to use the synthetic track but we need a pair of shoes. Its good and many people will be there at mornings and evenings. You get coaching to all kinds of athletic games that is indoor and outdoor. A new swimming pool is also built there which will be opening in a short duration. Gym facility for girls and boys are separate. Ladies hostel is also there encouraging women who are interested in sports. Children hostel is there for both boys as well as girlsBest place for jogging ang play football there very good local boys practice football everyday any body can join them after all you burn calories healthy way, even some trainers train childrens for fitness and best place to practice yoga between 5 to 6 am.

No water seriously??Infrastructure is good. No football or cricket stadium tho. But most importantly there is no water available inside the stadium premises so giving it 3 stars.

Best place for fitness freaks

Good stadium in excellent location and it has every facility to offer to a sports aspirant, but it has poor to average standard of maintenance quality in the upkeeping of this stadium. Felt very sad and bad after seeing the condition of this great facility. When it trains athletes to compete at international sports meets their athletes must feel proud of their training ground when they get back. Washrooms look like disaster after a war. Mysuru being one of the cleanest and heritage rich city in India, this stadium needs attention to match its city.

Its very big .it has different kind of ground. Football ground , volleyball ground etc..and has huge capacity ..apmple parking space ..its one of landmark in mysore..many events organized here ...yes it does not maintain cleaning standard but overall I had very good experience..

Very nice place to keep yourself fit by seeing other sporting spirit, exercises u also like to keep urself busy in exercises. I always go in the evening to jog run n some other exercises. Starting from child to senior citizens all r welcomed in this stadium thanks

Excellent Sports Facilities for Gymnastics - State-of-the-art Gymnastics mats and Apparatus.... Unfortunately the washroom facilities are horrible! No water and all plumbing and Sanitary ware are not at all usable.

Its a good place to go and workout. We have a gymnastics, Volleyball, basketball, swimming which are in indoor. Cmng to outdoor there is a running track and hockey ground, also many other individual sports which can be practiced.Its really a great to work yourselves while others come and walk,jog, exercise etc..

I loved the mysore kannadigas and there helpful and genuine behaviour.I Had a fight with a man for insulting the hindu god lord shiva.I belted that person and the person who interfered to stop it was a muslim, later after knowing the incident, the muslim man also supported me and we safely knocked the person without giving him an injury.Later found that the person insulting shiva was himself a hindu but a part of christ missionaries.This was sad and these missionaries are really irritating and annoying.Whereas the original christians of west dont behave like the indian converted Christs...Mysuru is amazing place.. greatInside the stadium theres a good vibe

Good stadium . In the heart of Mysore. Rest room inside the stadium is very small need to improve in cleanliness. But there is a bigger rest room outside little away from the stadium. Again cleanliness needs to improve. The stadium chairs look very ugly due to paints that fell on them during the painting i guess. Stadium does not have dustbins hence the whole stadium gets dirty as soon as the event ends. You can see lots of plastic bottles , food wrappers, and coffee cups lying every where.

If u want to run in field u should have permission and pass

Its good that mysuru had put in so much into its fitness and is continuing to do so.A lot better this stadium has become in the last decade. Authorities are still investing in new features. I hope they also maintain what they have already installed.

Nice and clean athletic ground open from 4:30am to 8:00pm,with tutor is also available if you need. This sayium is vast such that it includes 2 basketball court, wrestling arena, gymnastics studium is available too

Usually a crowded place. Good for fitness. You will find maximum people jogging here, kids playing foot ball in evening. A good indoor stadium is also available.

It is a nice place to go play out door games, it is basically made to develop skills of children in sports. Even elderly people do come here for jogging, swimming and making exercises to keep fit. This complex is made whole of mysoreans. It is good developmental work by state government of Karnataka.Quite often competitions are held for all groups children and elderly people. Nice sports complex. Worth visiting,Yesterday you watched every thing through my mobile camera.

A great place for athletes to train for multiple events. A synthetic track with ample space and provisions for all the track and field events. Indoor gymnastic and swimming pool.Only drawback is that it is pretty overcrowded in the evenings.

Basically a sports and athletes arena. But also good for morning walk around the stadium. You can meet all age groups.
