I used to own a Lovesac and I was excited to see that there is still a store showroom at Fashion Place Mall. The attendant was very personable and friendly. She answered my questions with ease. I will definitely invest in another lovesac in the very near future.

I got what I was looking for my supersac.. They are the best furniture for lounging with your family. Expensive but the value lasts forever. My supersac has been with me for 18 years and still looks new. The sactional we have is guaranteed for life. Took 3 years to pay off and then its done. Bought 7 years ago and still looks brand new.Anyhow I have a little bit of delay with shipping but I enjoy the furniture I am willing to wait.

I love the overall product and the customer service is really good.I’m taking away stars because I feel like there should be more flexibility in ordering for such an expensive product. If I need to replace a cushion, I should be able to order that cushion without having to purchase an entire seat, cushion and pillow. And if I need to replace a pillow cover, I should be able to do that without having to also pay for an unneeded cushion cover and seat cover. It creates a stock piling of very expensive stuff that is not being used and feels a bit violating, restrictive and even manipulative. I also find the shipping dates to be too unpredictable. The timing of new furnishings is often critical. My floors were being redone and my order came way too early. It created a bit of a mess.Conclusion: I like the furniture. It’s comfortable, it’s well built and it’s versatile.But for me, it’s like buying a Sports car. Don’t do it unless you have the money to blow because the cheesy group purchasing rules make this product a very expensive toy to play with.

We just had the worst experience at this store. We went in with the intentions of buying an $8000 couch. They kept talking about how these couches were built for families but then were extremely annoyed with our kids. It’s a small store and they basically asked us to leave because we were taking up the store and there were other customers. They were being snarky and rude and I was so shocked that anyone would treat a customer in such a terrible way!

I used their app to familiarize myself with what was available and possible. The experience was very easy and kinda fun. This was my first adult furniture purchase. I haven’t gotten my order but it’s only been three days so it’s not reasonable to expect it. The tracking from FedEx track says I’ll get it in four more days. In my opinion that’s super fast. My girlfriend and I are really excited to get it.

Amazing Couch, Abysmal Customer Service!This is the most expensive couch Ive ever ordered ($5,463) and I cannot believe how hard Ive had to work to try and get the correct storage covers for the couch we purchased in March of 2020.I began as a blissfully happy Lovesac customer, but things have spiraled downhill to my current state of massive disappointment and frustration 5 months later, STILL WITHOUT the storage covers I initially ordered.Pandemic or not, Ive had to continually be the one to follow-up with the Fashion Place, Salt Lake City, UT showroom to try and get these covers.Last month I sent an email to the Lovesac headquarters ([email protected]), and besides the automatedWeve received your email, and will be in touch ASAP., I have not heard anything from them either. I find this unbelievable.I thought Lovesac would want to know about the lack of follow-through, and abysmal communication skills Kyra at the Salt Lake City Showroom has exhibited on behalf of Lovesac. This was my 2nd appointment with Lovesac and both times the employees were very very helpful. They were very knowledgeable and demonstrated all the different options available to me. I did not feel pressured at all. Once I placed my order I was told my sofa would arrive in 1-2 wks and yes that’s when I received the first couple boxes.I will most definitely be adding onto my sactionals down the road.

While in Salt Lake, we decided it the perfect time to drop in to the LoveSac store. I’ve dreamt of owning a Sactional for years, but my husband wasn’t convinced unless he sat on one. When we arrived at the store, it was just us, we didn’t have an appointment, but we were warmly greeted by Erick. We entered the store and immediately my rambunctious 6 year old dove into one of the Big Sacs. He was then encouraged to continue, which made my son happy. Erick talked through all the design features, fabric options, configurations, cost and discounts, plus what we’d need to do to order through the store from home in Reno. We left with our fabric samples, quotes, brochure and his card. A week later when I called to order, he was just as kind, helpful and patient with my needs and questions. We got our Sactional ordered through Erick and it should be here in a few weeks. Kudos to Erick for providing an exceptional experience. You’re a rockstar. Having been a retail manager myself, for 10 years, I know a fantastic salesperson when I see one. Great job! I’d work with you on an order again!

Glen the salesman was great. Came in on the 15th to check out the sectionals. Spent $5,000. Confirmed with Glen multiple times throughout the appointment that the couch would take a minimum of 3 weeks to be delivered. We move to Tennessee Monday, February 22nd. I confirmed multiple times that there is NO WAY the couch would be delivered before we moved to Tennessee. Guess what? The couch is being delivered before the 22nd. I have spent hours on the phone with FedEx and they say there is nothing they can do because in order to place a vacation hold, I need to have a physical code mailed to that address to confirm the hold. I cannot do that because I am literally not in Tennessee yet. So I am having a $5,000 couch delivered tomorrow to an apartment in Tennessee with no way to put it on hold. When I called the Lovesac store tonight, a man answered the phone and would not listen to me explain that I could not put a vacation hold on the package(s). He kept telling me to have fedex hold the packages, but fedex is telling me that with the quantity and size of the packages, they are unable to hold them and must deliver them tomorrow. The man also said “well, we usually say 3 weeks but they’ve been running early lately” and laughed. Gee, thanks.Eventually my salesman (Glen) called me back and left me a voicemail saying the same thing (place a vacation hold and fedex can hold the package up to 2 weeks—which is untrue according to fedex). This has turned into a $5,000 nightmare of what was supposed to be my birthday present of an awesome couch. I am left with an awful taste in my mouth for any future purchases from this company when the salesmen are so ill informed. Will not purchase again and no matter how great the couch is, will not recommend ever.There is a shipping associate at Lovesac named Ty who had emailed me my shipping confirmations, and I emailed him back saying I couldn’t have them delivered on that day and needed it delayed. He assured me he would place a hold. Nevertheless, fedex has possession and has assured me they are delivering them tomorrow. So that didn’t work either.This process is flawed.

The products are innovative and command a strong price. We went to a retail location to see the products, fabrics etc. The help was very arrogant, not engaging at all & they didn’t have the different sizes/fabrics of love sacs to compare and the overall experience was not good. We ended spending spending over $6000 that same weekend, but at a place that appreciated the business. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the products appear to be pretty good....

Great furniture, and I love the small showroom. My husband and I walked in fully intending to buy a sofa. But we didnt. Heres how it went down....Me & Husband: Walk in, I show him the exact sofa that Im in love with and have been researching.Sales Guy: Any questions?Me: How much would it cost for this exact piece?Sales Guy: Well, that piece is pretty expensive. Its several hundred for each of the covers. And then more for the base. Thats actually our most expensive leather.Sales Guy nods dismissively, turns and walks away.Me: Looks at husband. I ordered the 5x5 set. It is really good quality and was delivered in about 2 weeks. It takes some time to put the covers on but they look great when done. The only issue I have is one or the seats came with no feet. I will have to find out how to get those.They were easy to work with and they have financing, if you want it. We were very happy with the staff as well. TyLovesac. Update: I forgot to do this earlier. I asked them about the feet, they ordered them, and send them straight to my house with no questions. It was free.

Nice, knowledgeable sales associate named Jessica was able to give us several options so we could choose the best one for us. The warranty was a big selling point and the 60 day satisfaction guarantee so even if we just want a different color we can get it changed. I enjoyed the stress free atmosphere. The service I received at the Lovesac store was above and beyond my expectations. I wasnt sure about what configuration of couches would work best in 2 areas of my house. Two employees offered to come to my house and lay out options to scale for me. I was amazed. This saved me! I was able to visually see the space so much better as they taped out options. Im convinced it saved me not only time, but money also. It gave me the confidence I needed to pull the trigger on buying their product. Not only do I love the versatility of the Lovesac product, but the service was great. I ended up spending more than $10,000 at the store. When my items arrived, the employees came to my house and set everything up for me. I was just in the store again to order more items. Love this product and so happy with the service!

I haven’t received my couch yet so I can’t speak to the product, but I’m very excited.I wish there was a better way to see all the different options for covers. The samples weren’t enough to decide what you wanted for a full couch. It would be beneficial for the showroom to keep one cover of each of the quick-ship covers in the back room to pull out and show customers. I ordered a color and fabric that I haven’t seen yet on a couch, so I’m nervous that I won’t like it and will need to exchange it. I wish I had been able to see at least one cushion of it before I committed to a full couch!

We bought a sactional a couple of years ago and unfortunately the covers started to pull apart after we washed them. Lovesac customer service was amazing and immediately started the process to get new covers sent out to us. They had great recommendations for types of covers that would be similar in color to the ones that we selected originally (as they had issues with the original covers that we purchased so they stopped manufacturing them). The whole process was quick and easy and they were super helpful!! I would HIGHLY recommend the sactional. Its super easy to assemble and very comfortable!!

I had already seen the Lovesac products during a recent road show event at Costco and immediately fell in love with the concept. I took my wife to the Murry Utah location so she could see what I couldnt stop talking about. She too was sold. Blake was fantastic in explaining the versatility of the sactional system. He helped us figure out how many pieces we needed and how to best arrange them. We left the store with color swatches in hand and a quote in my inbox. All I had to do was call them back to confirm our color choice and my order was placed. I expect to see my new furniture in 2 weeks. It couldnt be any simpler.

The sales person, Alex, did a fantastic job and was a bright spot on the experience. Two days after I had initially bought and paid for the couch, I was informed that the style was no longer available and would not be delivered in the promised two weeks; it would be two months. I went back in and upgraded the cover options in order to get the couch here in a more timely fashion. Three days before the couch was supposed to be delivered, I received a call from the shipping company saying the couch had arrived. That same day the store called and said that this was impossible and the couch would be arriving later in the week. Twenty minutes later the delivery company showed up with the couch. I love the couch and it performs great, but the organization on the company side leaves a lot to be desired.

Very dishonest experience with them. I would give 0 stars if it were possible. There was a cyber Monday deal going on through their website and also a friend of mine gave me a code for $100 off, so I ordered one of their blankets and only ended up spending $12! The order went through, I got a confirmation email and was super excited to receive it. Money was withdrawn from my account and then a few days later I got an email that the order had been cancelled and that I would not be charged. No explanation other than that. I have not gotten a refund and have not been able to reach them. I saw a post on Facebook that this had happened to multiple ladies! Someone recieved an email from them with their terms and conditions and they were completely different than when my friend read them before she sent the code!!! For a company to blamecustomers and not themselves for a mistake they made is beyond wrong! I feel extremely cheated and disappointed!

If you are thinking about purchasing versatile, comfortable, change-able and quality furniture you MUST come talk to the guys/gals at Lovesac. Two years ago I purchased a pillow sac with a rocker for my young son. We loved it from the moment we got it so I knew I eventually wanted more Lovesac stuff. Once my partner and I looked at the movie lounger set up for the two of us, two dogs and three boys, we knew wed found the right fit. Lovesac to the three boys (8, 10 & 12) are like ginormous lego pieces. Lovesac to the dogs is like the biggest and most washable bed, ever. To the two adults, Lovesac is an investment in peace of mind and the opportunity for a change of mind! You can set up the pieces in so many configurations and change the covers as much as you want. Not only all of that awesome stuff but every single employee that we interacted with were so helpful. The store knew exactly the setup we wanted and they kept letting us know of the great offers that came up so wed be able to jump on it right away. They were never, ever pushy and they were always willing to answer questions. These guys are fantastic and you will LOVE your lovesac purchase! We do (more than 5 stars)!

It is difficult to describe the full satisfaction we feel toward Logan and the rest of the staff at Lovesac Fashion Place. Between finding the right material for the couch with the look we wanted, ensuring that it fit with our lifestyle, and creating the right size we couldnt be happier. With an unexpected move and configuration change dictated by the new house the flexibility of the Sactionals proved perfectly suited and extremely durable, except when the movers punctured the side. The moving company was pleased that they only had to purchase us a new cover and not a whole new couch. In essence, we couldnt be more happy with our purchase or the service we received. I’ve wanted a lovesac for a while now but was hesitant to pull the trigger on a $1000 bean bag (yes, I know it’s foam). I went in with my rather rambunctious 4 year old and Chase helped us. He was great and helped me choose a custom plush velvet cover. When my husband came in, we downgraded to the standard velvet (we would get it quicker), but Chase didn’t flinch. We even were able to come back in a week later for a price adjustment because the sacs went on sale.The SuperSac is BY FAR the most comfortable piece of furniture I have ever sat on (not just owned). And after Chase pointed out the snow owl fur cover (my god, gorgeous-but the hubby doesn’t love the faux fur), I’m planning to be back in for the snow owl footsac on my birthday.

The worst experience ever. They not only take for ever to ship your order, and they cannot explain why the order will take 8 WEEKS!!! To arrive at your place. Oh well its been 8 weeks so far and nothing yet. 5 weeks after the purchase, i called them for an update since i have been patiently waiting cuz well i knew how many weeks they said it might take.Not even an email for publicity or confirmation of my purchase. NOTHING.!!! Called 8 weeks later to get an update, they tell me that my $1000 beanbag i purchased has been sitting there at the store because they made a mistake at the warehouse and sent the item to the store and not to my place. So if i do not call it probably wouldve stayed there longer. Not only that, now i have to go get it because it will take a while for it to get shipped since they have to wait for the label to be printed???!!! This store is a joke. I so very much regret this purchase.

Really disappointing when LOVESAC does not honor and follow through with their own promotions and end up cancelling your order. I had ordered some items for Christmas gifts and I am now having to scramble to find something else.I will not be giving any more time or money to LOVESAC and will be taking any further business elsewhere.

I remember meeting the creator of Lovesac, he was really cool. Sad that Ive seen soooo many of his products at the thrift store. I like the couches they sell and of course jumbo bean bags (Love sacs) but they arnt for everybody pertaining to location in your home and make sure you can comfortably get in and out of one before buying. Also .ost their sales reps can stand to be less judgmental and more welcoming.

We stopped in the store to casually browse, after our couch was destroyed by our old apartment’s maintenance man during our move 2 weeks ago. We ended up walking out with a new couch haha.Blake and the rest of the staff did a fantastic job of discussing our current arrangement, and what our goals were (I didn’t even realize that I had any) I love how many options we have to make this sactional function in our home. And I’m excited for the day to come that I need to move it, because I’ll be able to take it apart and pack it around by myself.Plus, the sactionals are pretty much the perfect setup for comfort. The side pieces are the perfect height for the back and armrests, and the seats are so soft. The customization options are incredible too. Plus we have the option to add more pieces later if we need to, as opposed to having to buy a whole new couch. I never thought the day would come that I’d be excited about a piece of furniture, but here we are.

Received half of our couch over the past week. We laid out some of the covers to put them together. After covering some of the cushions we realized they had sent us used covers which were covered in pet hair. My wife is highly allergic to pet hair which is now all over our living room rug and floor. I called the store and they simply said they will send me 2 new cushion covers which will arrive no later than 2 weeks, but I have to ship the used covers. Now I have to wait two weeks, ship the other cushions back, and deep clean a house that is covered in pet hair. This sucks. Highly disappointed.
