Very friendly staff and clean store. Easy to park. Prices were reasonable. Had a great choice of different types of clothes and footwear. Home goods ect.

Great place to get some bargains. If you are over 55.10% discount. Drop off all of the things you no longer need.

This has been my favorite thrift store for the last 8 years. They have rearranged a few times, but always for the better. They have a great selection of ladies clothes, shoes, and bags. If you have a bit of patience you can find an absolute treasure or two. The staff is kind and it is decently clean! Even though I have moved closer to the Millcreek Goodwill, the Murray location will always be my home store!

Its pretty BAD when the CEO owner of the Goodwill company takes all the profits for his own gain . And its said he doesnt pay any to charity . DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!! DONT BUY FROM ANY OF GOODWILL STORES !! YOU ARE JUST PAYING THE CEO OWNER. Workers get very little if only $$7.00 an hour wage.

So I bought a mannequin to have in my front window to dress up seasonally or for the holidays. I couldnt believe the deals there were on spendy name brand stuff. I only had 15 minutes before the store closed, but there is going to be a mannequin at my house that dresses better than me.

Goodwill particularly at this location is always an adventure because their inventory seems to improve with time and their prices remain reasonable. The quality of their products I believe far surpasses that of the more popular second hand store here in this area although the prices are slightly higher. One could spend days in here I think and not get tired of it because there is so much diversity in the types of products they sell and its always a pleasure trip for me just to visit whether I buy anything or not.

They make it truly impossible to ever donate items. I called ahead twice now to confirm they’d be there to accept donations. Was told that they would. Then I drive 15-20 minutes to get there only to find these signs up and donation area closed off. Today the girl with the pink hair told me they were hauling all of the early donations into THE TRASH! So sad knowing that people donated things and they just end up in the dumpster.

Rude staff. Went through their drive thru area to donate a bag of clothes and I waited for a few minutes. I watched their employees look over at me and then continue hauling stuff. I got out of the car and asked them if they wanted me to leave my donations in a bin and he responded theres a sign right there that says remain in your car. Okay, Im sorry Im such a burden. WILL NEVER donate anything to this place again.

I used to love this store, but it recently got really bad with so many resellers ,going on . They all just sit on the couch waiting on the new cart to come out.

The short dark haired lead or manager was rude and obnoxious.

The staff are very nice and respectful, they also sell wonderful items, but Im hoping that the dressing rooms can be reopened someday, ideally when the pandemic is finally over.

I called to see if they took sofa couches/ loves seats and Lisa was extremely rude no customer service skills whatsoever. She continued to say they do not take sofa beds which never came out of my mouth. Then she decided to detail out what a sofa bed was like Im ignorant in some way. She interrupts you and insisted they were closed at 4:22 P.M. Well, when my place of employment is closed we do not answer the phone . Nor do we close 2.5 hours earlier than our phone answering system dictates, which is 7 P.M. might I had

Dont like how all the prices are the same. For example all pants have the same price. All shirts are the same price.. and prices have raised by a lot. I tried to buy the wooden letters, before I could get whole word for $5 and now they charge $2 a letter..Seems like they want to charge as if everything was brand new... they are forgetting that all items are donated... I dont think I will be going there anymore.. its a shame

This was my first visit to a Goodwill. I felt like they had a good selection of clothes. I wished I had more time to browse it all. I only bought from the home goods section (not clothing) and those prices seemed reasonable.

Excellent staff

Areas and isles were clean and organized. Had a wide variety of merchandise with some very good deals (gently used and sometimes name brand clothing). The associates that assisted me (Avelyn and Duha) were helpful and friendly. :) Also got hard cover copies of some of my favorite books for $2.99 a piece in great condition.

The best and most well kept of the local goodwill stores! The staff actually will stop to talk to you and help you out. Very nice! The manager is also consciously engaged with customers also. They are also very tolerant and helpful with the sometimes demanding people. I am a manager for non profit, so I feel like I can sense the genuine social skills. Nice staff and clean.

Really liked the selection this time, however the prices are a little high, store is neat and organized. I would give 5 stars but I purchased some breakables and they had nothing to wrap them in. Bought a pair of shoes that were marked 3.99 and the lady pulled the tag off saying it wasnt there tag, saying they were 4.99, do you still want them? Other then that I found some nice items there.

The worst cat littler smell ive ever smelled. decent selection but poorly organized. workers had very little professionalism and were yelling across the store at each other.

Usually an ok place but when you call and get donation hours, then show up within those hours, then get turned away for being closed. But then not even politely being told this but it was being screamed at me before I could even ask a question. It was rude and unnecessary. If you dont want donations dont tell people you are accepting them.

Donation drop off here is an absolute joke. how you are handling it is making dropping off two little boxes of items ridiculous.I am betting a lot of people are choosing to throw things in the trash now, this is unfortunate.

Good second hand store, very friendly and helpful staff

They turned the lights out at 8:30pm when the store closed at 9:00pm. We went to check out at 8:45pm and the lady just kept telling us to hurry because she was ready to close and there were 2 other customers behind us. Even the manager was trying to get us out of there. Needs a little more friendly customer service.

Out of all the thrift stores in the area I would rate this one the lowest. Its small compared to the DI and Savers, not very organized and the employees are not the best. They turn off half the lights on you half an hour before closing to rush everyone out. There was this female employee closing the door 10 minutes ahead of closing and yelling that they would close out the registers if people didnt hurry even though it was not even seven yet. Overall not very welcoming or clean.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Goodwill!! I find the coolest things for such amazing prices!!! They have both new and used items nicely organized. Its clean and super inexpensive! Beats the D.I. BIG TIME!

Got some great deals on Halloween items

I have found better stuff at this Goodwill location than at the other one in Millcreek, and its bigger. This is only my second Goodwill Ive gone to in Utah so I dont have much to compare it to but definitely found more at this location than their other Salt Lake City one.Good dresses as well as housewares and everything seemed to be kept up and cared for which I respected.The book collection is kinda weak but you can still find lots of non fiction books here so if you like novels then this location has a lot of those type of books. Old style cookbooks but somewhat in good condition so if youre looking for vintage cookbooks youll find them here!

I typically find awesome deals here on everything I need: books, clothes, shoes, toys. The trick is to shop regularly and have a 20% off coupon from your own donations. I always find a steal.

Its good thrift store. You can get a bunch of stuff and clothes in good shape in here. Always came for work pants, no regrets. The problem are fitting rooms, just a few and some hours you have to wait for a while to use it.

Awesome experience went in looking for a tv, one of the employees Abdul made the experience amazing! Not only did he help me find what I was looking for he was super Friendly and cracked jokes with me. Great store and great people!

Been here many times. Sometimes good finds, but you have to be careful and check prices. Sometimes theyll charge more for the second hand/used item than a brand new item of the same brand and kind will cost at other stores.Some employees, like Tina R, who helped us wasnt only super slow and distracted about checking us out, but incredibly forceful about wanting us to make a donation and wouldnt take no for an answer at all. Im not sure Ill come back again thanks to her behavior. Goodwill.. hmph, more like force your will on us.

Can find great deals. But I hate being asked to donate my change every time to charity. I monitor and support my own list of charities. I also find it rude and dangerous that the lights shut off 15 minutes before closing time. Otherwise great staff.

Clean and well stocked.

Went in yesterday and discovered they have raised their prices to be competitive with Nordstroms and Saks 5th Avenue. I found several used stained jackets for $24.99 that can be purchased brand new for the same price. Unbelievable. How is this a thrift store?? They must have new management because the prices have really skyrocketed and the smell of this place is downright disgusting. The employees appear dazed and confused. Some of the most unhelpful people Ive ever encountered. I wont be shopping here anymore. LOWER YOUR PRICES!

This is probably my husband and my second-favorite DI. We always seem to find great household items at this one!

This goodwill is nasty. You cant tell what they have because its just thrown on the shelves and/or stacked on top each other. Its like a bad episode of hoarders in there and is over priced and mostly just junk. An the smell alone was enough to make us leave. The pictures shown here are nothing like what I saw today.

Pretty average. Personaly, in my experience, good will doesnt have the nicest things and it is way overpriced. For instance, this goodwill doesnt do their homework. They were selling a fire pit for $69.99. This same pit, brand new, is $32 at Walmart. I bought one last week. I could by two with tax for that amount. People were friendly, though.

The last 2 times i went here there was a hispanic lady cashier that rang me up. Each time i asked her to apply my milatary veterans discount. She doesnt apply my discount until i ask her a second time before i pay. She insisted to tell me that I only have one or two regular priced items that was only like a dollar. I feel she degrades my purchase and my service. And she did it two times in a row...

If youve never been to a Goodwill store expect a little bit of everything for very cheap. I primarily come here to browse the books and while it would be lovely if they were alphabetized, even just by the first letter of the authors last name I understand that the willy nilly ordering of books is pretty standard for a thrift store and cant bring myself to knock a star off for that.If you are a fan of best sellers like King, Clancy, Cornwell, and Grafton please come down here and clear up some space. If you like Pratchett, Vonnegut, Robbins, and Kesey go somewhere else, I called dibs first!
