I stayed there for about a week with my family. The staff were courteous and we had a nice time there. A reasonably priced hotel within the city.

Didnt stay here price was out of our budget but I happen to interact with the receptionist he was polite and the location is good as well if your budget is above 2k you can definitely stay here.

The ambience of the entire hotel is just amazing. The scenery of plantation from the room is visually just overwhelming. Hospitality and the staff behavior was also very descent and disciplined. And especially the moment when i saw the window side small lawn and the river beside of our room oh that was a visual treat. We can wake up at morning by hearing the little cute birds sound and also the little sound of the river.. Totally we cherished with nature.

Location of the hotel is very good cleanliness is maintained properly. The rooms offer excellent view, rooms are tea garden facing and give a nice view. The staff is also good. One can stay here with family.

Good location near the city

Locality is good, a decent view of hill side.Maintenance and ambience needs to be improved, can see cracks/patches on the rooms walls, rust on the grills. Food is not good and very limited items in the breakfast, only idly is good. Lunch and dinner they orders from outside for which they make you wait for 2 hours, which is of horrible taste. No Wifi in the hotel.

A budget and decent hotel with amazing tea garden view. Staffs were very co-operative and food at the restaurant is just ok. Best part is that, it is located at very calm location off the Munnar town and has splendid views behind. Rooms are very neat and clean.

We booked Hotel C7 through DMC Buddy, they had assured us excellent stay and hospitality, accordingly hotel also provided us excellent stay and hospitality, especially Mr. Rajan, Mr. Sonuj and Mr. Rajashekar helped us beyond our expectations, it was group booking with the mixed crowed of children and adults.. This particular property is 400 mtrs away from city, hence guests can enjoy the calmness of the surroundings, staffs are approachable and helpful, rooms are spacious with good view (Galaxy Rooms), if there was heater it would have been great.Ultimately it was good hotel and supportive team to spend our holidays.Kudos to you C7 Hotel & Staff 😄

Hotel is good and we had a nice stay at the hotal,Only thing is the restaurant in the hotel is not reopen after the covid shutdown, but you will get restaurants in the walkable distances.Rooms were neat and clean, staffs are very cooperative.

Spacious Rooms. Not so prudent in providing service, lack of staff and modern facilities.

The rooms are really small. Had booked a suite room for 4 people but got a room where even 2 person will find it hard to manage. Wont say that the entire fault was theirs because the intermediary party had booked those rooms for us. Too frequent power cuts. Network coverage not that great here. Wifi not working most of the time. Food is fine. Staff support is good.

From the soft pillows and steaming hot shower with tremendous water pressure to the good service and morning cold air with beautiful nature views.. But at the time of Check out I forgot to collect my device back.. When I reached Kochi and came to realised when we where in Cochin Beach. I called Hotel reception. They told that it was available.Big Thanks to Hotel Management for Provided ur Hospitality and Good food over there. Meanwhile they Sent back my Tablet&Charger with Good Condition...Special Thanks to Mr.SUNOJ reception Manager who took responsible to sent my Goodies back.... Also I extent Thanks to General Manager Sir he his very friendly when I asked to reception for Print my ticket he asked to sent mail.. Thank u Sir.. Entirely I felt its Good Stay.. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with our one year old baby and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the 2 days we were in IdukkiThanks for making our visit to Munnar that much better.

This is a good property to spend your holidays. Centrally located, but in a quite place. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hospitality is impeccable. The food is good and tasty. We enjoyed every bit of our stay.

Very good scenic location beside tea garden with nice tea garden views from room & balcony & restaurant. (There are non garden view rooms too, oft for garden view rooms or suite.) Rooms are good. The suites are really big, well furnished & clean with fabulous tea garden view. Just about a km from main town - so easily accessible but peaceful. Breakfast spread is good. But the dinner we had there was really bad ( may be an isolated incident). The staffs are very good, polite & ever ready to serve, but bit novice, possibly not well trained & has language problem (not a big problem). Overall quite good hotel, good experience, value for money. Recommended.

First of all this is not a mid-range hotel. Second, the tea view rooms are a must if you are booking this place else its a waste of money. The Hotel itself is very elegant and beautiful in its decor and rooms are large and airy. The bathrooms feature a bathtub which is a really nice additon. The huge french windows open up to a beautiful landscape. The service is prompt and people are there to help you out with all your needs.There are 2 issues with the hotel. First is the poor Wi-Fi connectivity in the rooms and second is the food. Food is really bland and doesnt really get to my tastebuds. For the price, its ok but not upto the mark for the hotel with such grandeaur views. Breakfast options are also limited.Overall this is a solid place to stay in Munnar. Its close to the market yet far away form the noise. The comfort and views will make you forget the rest of the cons. I will defnitely come back here.

Stayed in the hotel from 25 to 26 Oct 15. Substandard rooms, amenities and restaurant for the price being charged. Restaurant tables, appearance and mats were filthy. Poor service and unhygienic looking staff. Extremely poor buffet menu and not tasty too. Restaurant staff is very miser in filling up dishes. Front office staff was not courteous, did not even wish nor did make us feel warm and comfortable.Only good thing was that the view from room was good and we were upgraded to a suite. It never looked like suite from any angle, a big hall with substandard sofa and small table with chairs. Dont go by other reviews. They are misleading and will devoid you of a classy holiday. We will never come back to this hotel nor will recommend it to our friends, colleagues, relatives and others.

This is the 2nd time Im staying at C7, have tried multiple other hotels but only this one has matched up to expections.It is a hotel that was constructed14yr back which itself has the touch of the wood texture usually early times of Kerala home has and also a morden touch that we all are looking for today. It is a mixture of both, the way rooms as maintained is too good. The hotel itself is located in the midst of nature.It is not too far not too close to Munnar town so its silent,would prefer to stay away from the noisy bus station and town crowd. Perfect place to enjoy the view and to relax yourself down. The rooms are very warm, cozy, neat, clean and spacious. Quite worthy to be there .The view from the balcony is very pretty.The food was delicious,great staff and management.Will definitely make it a 3rd time. Thank you for the wonderful service✌️.
