Super bad experience of my lifetime in homestay according to location and rooms. And Best experience as per service from care taker. When we arrived there, it was strike in India so we didnt have any restaurants open around but care taker took care of our dinner.

Nice place to stay in Munnar.But place is outside of Munnar and you need to travel extra 30 KM to reach there.nice House and well behaved owner.Overall It was nice experience.

My family and I stayed with Thankapan for 5 nights. Very comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms. The perfect location to explore the mountains, tea plantations, Munnar town, national parks, waterfalls and forests. We enjoyed exceptionally delicious authentic Kerala style food every day prepared by his son Binu, a great chef. We found the neighbourhood very friendly and open. Lovely clean air and great fresh drinking water... right from the taps! One of our highlights was having Ayurvedic massages right on site in their great new edition spa room! Also recommend the local Kathakali and martial arts performances. Thankapan also organised jeep safari/trecking for us which was excellent! Thankapan and his family were always up for a chat and very welcoming. Overall a fantastic stay, 100% recommend!

Good home stay for family .

Recently stayed at the homestay with friends. The owner is very helpful, the place is clean and hygienic, and have the perfect scenery from the balcony. With tha upgradation work, it is now one of the best homestay in Munnar.

Best home stay near Munnar away from the crowd.

I visited with my group of friends to munnar and this was the perfect homestay we could possibly get. The owner of the house was very amiable. He helped us with the itenary of the day and helped us fetch good food even during the night. The ambience of the house is pretty amazing. Its maintained in a very classy way with all wooden sculptures. Services of the home was quite decent. It has very mesmerising view. If you plan to visit munnar then its a must place to stay and feel peace.

Worst service ever. rooms are not the ones in photos they have sent and are not at all clean. Dont ever try to order food from there,they dont provide food,but they order from other sources and is very costly and is not even good. some gundas show up at check out time and start irritating us. we are not free to do anything in this cottage. Its a very remote area and you cant find any shops near by. Had a very tough time there. Never again.! Beware.

Worst home stay. They cheat customers in many ways by showings fake rooms in website. The room service thinks himself as a gunda! And its at a remote place. you need travels kms to just to jave a tea

Dont ever think about thiz place.Away from munnar town and no shops nearby.Worst rooms.For food have to travel 10 to 15 km.
