I had booked this through booking.com. the place was confirmed as per booking website. But half way to munnar i got a call from hotel saying all the rooms are booked and i have to cancel the booking from my end. After which i tried to contact them, no response from hotel or from booking.com. Now In the website It says i have completed the stay. What kind of scam are these people running.

This is the best budget hotel in Munnar. The hospitality is superb. The owner is super friendly. He arranged a complementary campfire, cold drinks (non-alcoholic) and DJ at night after your Munnar sightseeing trip. The rooms are superb and toilets are clean too. Staff here is very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel !!!

The hotel is just infront of the road. This one didnt provide very good and classy but if you have a budget package then its quite good. Talking about the view , you wont get nice view from the rooms cause the are trees/ jungles infront of the hotel and I didnt think that of hotels can give nice view for you.. talking about the facilities bathroom are kind of ok ok.. There is a small restaurant just beside the hotel and it is good. Overall if you have a bugdet package then you go for this one.

This is a lodge near devikulam. Affordable price they charge us f 1600 for 5 people for a single niyht stay. we stayed in a single room however food was not included in the package. the road to this place is now under construction so travellers may find some difficulty to reach from Munnar town to this hostel. The rooms are well maintained and it is ideal for three or four people to stay in a single room...

Hi all downtown hotel munnar is a worst hotel for accommodation. We had a very bad experience with unmaintained rooms and very bad service. We suggested no one to spend money and time on worst accomidation.We suggest the management of this hotel to improve the quality and service for the accommodation for what they get paid.Our stars for this hotel is (0) zero

Good restuarant at cheaper price. Can be prefered for bachelors rather than for family. It is 8 km far away from munnar. Pls get a BSNL sim. Other networks are not working apart from munnar town

I really wish I could rate it below poor.Stinky room for 4people at Rs. 2000/night. Smelly unhigeinic bed with dirty pillows. Used and unwashed blankets. No wifi, no hot water. All pictures on Google and other affialted sites are fake. No room service. Rude staff. This is just a brief of the review. NOT MEANT FOR FAMILIES OR COUPLES. UNSAFE AND NO SUPPORT FROM STAFF.

The room is clean and nice. The hotel is located in a peaceful place little away from the main town. I liked it given the price and it is a panchayat run hotel.

Munnar Downtown , is very poor in house keeping, room service is nil, after keeping the hot water tap for more than 5 minutes (as was instructed by the manager ) there was no warm water even. The surrounding os very dusty and it is far away from Munnar town

We have book 2 rooms 8 adults on three months before.suddenly one day before boarding they say rooms are full.and then one hour later they say rooms available.they doing it for commision saving purpose.the rooms are leaky and blankets smelly.no proper lock for toilet and cupboards.on second day there is no water for even toilet purpose.they are telling tanker coming.but only afternoon it was arrived. we bought water 2 cans 20 litter each for 200 ruppes for toilet purpose.worst stay.no signal in any mobiles in that area.stay at your own risk

One of the worst hotel I stayed in Kerala. Smelling bedsheets and pillows. Bathroom dirty and had to wait for ages. Breakfast is just rubbish. Just wanted money from us. No Service

It is worst hotel in munnar, dont book online in this hotel, the management is fraud and rude , i booked hotel in a wrong date , they denied to change the booking date and they denied for refund .. i went and talk to the management, they talk very rude and they only think about money , they ask me to pay again as new booking and they didnt give refund also..

Hotel is located 5km away from munnar town but ok facilities are there for(Jeeps and auto) for transportation . 24hour hot water facility
