Today I visited the mall for purchase of fossile watch. I could not enter inside becouse my 14 days after 2nd dose of vaccination are not yet completed. I had urgent requirement of watch to be gifted to someone. I went back home with dispointment . While I was travelling back home I called in showroom. Mr. Danish picked, I spoke with him, he gave me option of choosing collection of watches on my WhatsApp number. He immediately shared collection of good watches as per my budget. I could select one. One of the best after sales service I have seen. I had issues in my watch and it was under warranty. I had to do one call and watch was picked up from house next morning. There were issues with unavailability of spare parts but I was given new watch of the same model to avoid delay in service. I have been using Fossil 4 G Smart watch purchased in USA. Had an issue with the charging rings. I contacted Oberoi Mall Fossil shop and spoke to Mr. Mukesh.
