WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Recently purchased a Bosch Dishwasher. The rinse aid flap cover has broken only after 2-3 washes. Its been 2 weeks and not a single visit from the service centre has taken place in Pune. Have been following up with the customer care everyday and all in vain. INCOMPETENT CHAPS WORKING AT THE SERVICE CENTRE. THESE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO DRIVE THE COMPANY TO RAGS. Most frustrating experience. DON’T EVER PURCHASE ANY HOME APPLIANCE FROM BOSCH. They are the worst!

Visited B/S/H, the only best in class experience center, with fully load with future products which as entire modern day, built-in home appliances.Very satisfying products, all Siemens & Bosch products are veryuch futuristic and their built products are way better then any brands.Its just satisfying and still in my head.Must visit place to experience their most luxurious products.

I want to warn everyone NOT to purchase Siemens products - its the most messed up company every since ever since they have been bought over by Bosch. While legacy is of a premium brand - Bosch merger has morphed them onto a desi company. No one is responsible for anything - customer service is asleep. A single breakdown can take months to be fixed, if at all. Technicians are unskilled, unable to diagnose the problem - ending up changing all parts one by one. JUST STAY AWAY FORM THEM.

Hi, I must say your service is really lousy. Pls refer to my service complaint No. 474368314 dated 14Jan16. This problem has not been closed out till date. The last time I called and expressed my complete dissatisfaction - there was a turn around of a day! After this complete silence to the commitments you may as well as to my emails!

I had problem with my refrigerator within warranty period, I there after registered a complaint and after chasing for about 1 month and sending more than 10 mails & escalation it was fixed.The Customer service of Bosch India is very poor needs improvement.
