Customers dont matter for the owners of this store. Only their wallets do. Long term, loyal customers dont mean anything for them. I have shopped here for my kids for many years. Two days ago, I bought a small desk for my child and it didnt work out due to its low height. I did call out at the time of purchase that it may need to be returned and adjusted against something for same value. Despite that, when I went to exchange it for diapers of the same value, they quoted a weird policy of only inside things can be exchanged for inside items and outside things with outside. The cash register and the people behind it are the same. Doesnt make any sense which was never quoted before. Despite my saying that I would not need anything from inside and my kids are too old for it, the lady owner refused saying that is our policy. I asked them to keep their desk and walked out. She did not even make a semblance of an attempt to call or stop me. She will obviously resell that and make money twice on the same thing....good for her.The 2 stars is for their range of wares. On customer orientation it is double negative.

Very bad experience. Will never buy anything from that store. Bought a cotton dress (company - Honey Bee) for my child n only hand washed it with regular water and tide. The colour ran and spoilt the whole dress. Informed the store n took it to them. They stated that they will inform the salesman. They do not believe the customers. After following up for 3 times in 3 weeks they say that the company said they will not take it. The staff is rude n dont know how to talk to customers. I will not recommend anyone to buy clothes from there. N if they do the take a warranty for the return if damaged. They are only saying the owner will try to do something but it will take time but how long they cant confirm. I also asked them to try n wash a similar dress in front of me but they resisted. It is not the price of the dress but the principle that matters.

Everything for babies and small children under one roof. Staff is very helpful. Very good quality clothes.
