I have ordered 2 flower bouquet from here and in the end the delivered product is completely different and doesnt even match 10% of the quality as described/shown. They charge heavily but are worst in craftsmanship if compared to local vendors.I wonder what happiness they achieve when they deceive customers who want to send something out of love, feelings are crushed!Total DISAPPOINTMENT!!

One of the worst online ordering portal ever. They should refund the amount.Did not deliver on time plus makes your call on hold for hours.Should be banned in my opinion.This is what happened.Ordered cake and card one day before mothers day.Ordered accepted.Order delivery time was 9 am to 21:00.Nothing was delivered.Called their call center, and now the fun part. Their associate picked the call and put me on hold for 1 hour...yes 1 long hour, and managed a delivery in that time. Cake I ordered was one with MOM written on it, and they delivered something else. All pics attached. As evidence.Very very disappointed.This company should be avoided by all.

The flowers, both purple and white, were so yellow that the indifferent customer care executive said, but they were yellow roses. Then also flower aura representatives didnt have the courtesy to offer a refund. These were certainly not worth 600 rupees. Notice the greens as well. They differ from what was depicted in the pictures on the website. The customer care representatives only say that you need to report these within 24 hours. But considering the greens were bad altogether, would on-time reporting have made such a huge difference in their response?? My review that I posted on their webpage did not get published.

Wish there was a zero or negative rating , the quality of the flowers and presentation was so bad . the flowers and lily which we ordered had bad smell and the lily leaves were already dried . carnations look 2-3 days old and have no freshened left them . the worst company to order, congratulations team flower aura you just ruined the special day in my mother life with a such a bad bouquets . and your customer service was the worst instead of taking the complaint and being sorry she mentioned because we had more orders so we cannot control quality . your company should not get any orders only now .if you want to ruin somebody special day , order with flower aura , they do amazing job of making it worst .

I read some worst reviews about this place when it’s too late I already ordered cake and chocolate flowers from this website I just pray for it deliver on time so the cake has been delivered on time but looks a little bit not similar with the picture they post on the website and the chocolate flower has been delivered too late from the time I chose and the flower doesn’t look like the picture they post at all I ordered it because I want it looks like the picture this is terrible and they don’t even give the card to my boyfriend they’re just let my boyfriend take a pic from the driver phone this is ridiculous. Plus I reported on website and email they’re late reply so much and I still waiting for the responsibility that they should give me... I hope it’s going to impress me and my boyfriend but it’s quite disappointing 😒

The flowers were for my Moms 70th birthday - she said they were absolutely beautiful. Online ordering was easy & when I missed a digit on my M/C I received an immediate call back to confirm - very friendly personal service.

I placed an order for a flower & cake combo from the UK online. Delivery was to Bandra(India). The online store is easy to navigate and had no issues with payment. I placed an order around 5pm and my order was delivered same day around 8pm or even earlier. I was extremely happy with this service and there was no follow up phones needed. Was told that the flowers were fresh and the cake was delicious. Highly recommended!

I was unable to complete my order on the website. I could not get the OPT code on my cell phone.I emailed support and they did reply, over 24 hours later.I was finally able to complete the order today by using the CHAT feature.Karishma did a good job despite the fact that my debit card and my credit cards didnt work.I think you should check your website and fix the broken issues.

BEWARE of FLOWER AURA - they are total FRAUDS and CHEATS! I made an online payment of Rs 2000 and they never delivered the flowers. I sent a message saying the recipient didn’t get them and they replied saying sorry and that they will deliver it late. The next day, I got a message saying the flowers have been delivered but my friend never got them! I’ve been writing to them and zero response - no one picks up the phone or answers the email. Do NOT use this vendor - wish I’d stuck to the usual online florists.

Guys never order anything from this site..i ordered rose and chocolates before two days of friendship day and told them to deliver on the friendship day i.e on 2nd August, 2020 but the order has not been delivered to my friend on that day so I called them..they said if they dont deliver they will refund me tomorrow and then I tried calling them from 3rd August, 2020 but no one is replying nor reply to my emails.. Still I not got refund.. Very bad experience..I would not recommend..👎

Pathetic service, i order rakhi from their website at 12am and my schedule dilevery tume was 8 pm , i didnt get my order, i call them 3 times per call i waste 25 minutes then i connect to them, they guy said sorry for inconvenience your order will dilever before 10 pm.... now its 11:19;pm sitll i dont recieve the rakhu...too unprofessional...not recommend at all.

I placed an Order for Delivery of Roses to an Office Location and specifically called the Customer Care requesting to deliver the item within office hours. I repeatedly asked them to tell me if this is possible or not else I can do some alternate arrangements too. The guy said over-confidently to wait for 2 hours and it will be delivered. The whole day went and the delivery was never made. Now the Customer Care says - Sir, today all the orders are getting delayed and since the item is perishable, it is non-refundable(They did not mention this during Order Booking). Now what shall I do with the Flowers when there is no one to receive ? The awesome Solution from the Customer Care was - Sir, you can ask the Security Guard to collect it if the Office is closed ... Hats Off!!!Disgusting Service, Lame Excuses and useless Customer Service - Thanks Floweraura for this great experience !!!

Ive been using floweraura from time to time to surprise my parents and sis with amazing bouquet of flowers. So as per flower delivery and gift delivery its always has been prompt on time and its just been so great that I dont have to worry about anything after placing my order. I cant comment on cakes and other things they offer as I havent ordered anything yet. Also, while placing my last order I was having this glitch in the system where things were getting to my card unnecessarily even after I removed them they were still there but it was later taken care by floweraura team and appropriate refund was made for the same.

I had ordered perky flowers bouquet from website order no 3273876 for my mother.The actual picture and bouquet delivered is totally different .There were no mixed colours roses instead they put maximum pink flowers and no basket which is shown in pics and simply wrap in plastic wrapper.I complained and ask for refund but instead of giving refund they email me that pics on website is always different from as actual and basket is used for decoration purpose and not for actual delivery. Dont rely on website pics ..they fooled the customers

I had the worst of experiences from FlowerAura. The parcel (Order 3887410) was to be delivered 4 days back, and not delivered till now. They make big fat promises on chat and accept the order, and do not keep it. Highly disappointed. And now they say they will deliver it in two days. No use now because the gifted person cannot receive it in that address. Whats the point in delivering a gift much after the occasion for which the gift is meant for? I dont need the product, and I need a full cashback. Such a horrible experience with this site. My first and last deal with FlowerAura.

I had placed the order on Floweraura,s site online for a birthday cake and some flowers worth Rs 1200 on making immediate payment on March 25th. On March 30th they informed that order cannot be processed due to the current situation. After lot of requests to the customer service people they mentioned on Mar 31st my account will be refunded in 4-5 days.Please note now its been 17 days and I have not received any refund in my account even after so many reminders and calls to the customer service. I will not request for money any further now because its a waste of time expecting anything from these people. Im putting this feedback here because I do not expect any action from your end. But i do want to show this as an example of the worst experience of customer service and worst company ever. They will take ur money and place your order immediately however neither they will deliver your order or have the decency to tell u they cannot complete the order. On top they will keep your money and will not refund it back ever!!!!!!Fraud Company along with Hopeless and Pathetic People!!Useless Beggars starving for people s hard earned money!!

Wish I had a option of providing zero star. The worst service provider. People use these type services for a memorable and important occasion for there loved ones. Thats why they a premium charge to these service providers. It really shamefull and disheartening to see the nature of lapse in order delivery and irresponsible response from customer service delivery team that vendor must have forgot to put that in the package. Thats the worst thing one listen after paying premium for services.I will ensure these reaches to ears and attract attention of governing bodies who wants to protect customer interest.

I reached out to these folks pretty late in the evening for a midnight delivery. At this point I had contacted multiple online flower stores for the same and was not entertained. The team at FlowerAura was super swift and helpful to my request. They took up my request and added a backend track to get my gifts delivered. I got my gifts (Flowers & Cake) delivered the same day without any hassle. Id positively recommend them to all my friends. Good Job guys. Thanks :)

First of all, A birthday gift which was supposed to be delivered on birthday gets delivered a day prior !!!Secondly, this gift which was supposed to be personalised was completely botched up. Wrong text with the image!!!!!!! Where there wasnt supposed to be any text at all.Third, when I spoke to one of their executives to ascertain if the gift would only be delivered on the mentioned date, I was told a resounding.....it will be delivered only on her birthday!!Fourth, when I again called up and spoke to another executive to complain afer the wrongly done gift was wrongly delivered, he handled call rudely and only seemed to be interested in defending Floweraura, not once faintly admitting that something may have gone wrong. Well sometimes, you have to have the gumption to handle brickbats along with appreciations as well !!Extremely disappointing experience !!!

They have the most pathetic service. I doubt if they are a trusted service providers. The bouquet was out for delivery since 11am and still not been delivered.The customer care is busy the entire time and you can never get in touch with them.Heights is when ur bouquet is not delivered to you and you receive an automated msg saying it’s delivered. They dnt provide you details of the delivery guy as well. So you pay them money and they disappearComplete complete waste of money and effort. I could rate them -1 if given an option.

Worst customer service ever. Placed an order for the firs time (Order #2566705), and provided 2 phone numbers; one in Billing information (registered number) and one in Shipping information. Never got the order. When contacted, they said that they tried delivering the cake, but no one was at home and no one was answering the phone either. I asked for a proof that they called us, since we never received any call from them. Turns out, they were trying only 1 number (shipping information). No one even tried to call the registered number where I am supposed to get all the order related information. I requested for a refund, they processed a refund in form of a coupon, but then cancelled it again stating that since they tried to call us, the refund wont be possible. Just amazing, isnt it? 2 numbers, and they call only one, which may or may not have been working at that moment, but they never bothered to call the registered number, which obviously, is the primary number. Just ridiculous.

This is probably the most unprofessional vendor I have come across. They take orders worth thousands of rupees and never deliver. I placed a simple order for valentines day for flowers and cake and was assured a delivery between 9am - 9pm on 14th Feb. Nobody turned up with the ordered items and nobody is available from the customer service. I pledge to discourage everybody I know to ever use this vendor. Waste of Rs. 2,000 and no product delivered as well. New age robbery at its best

Extremely horrible. They cant manage volumes on occasions. Contacting them is very difficult; long wait time or a busy contact center. And their chat agents dont respond either, other than their 1st chat opening message. Their communication on delivery progress is outdated and needs constant follow up. Now awaiting a refund and have no idea if theyve even bothered to pick it up.Order #4275035. I have emails from Rohit Pradhan and Ruchi Srivastava who conveniently decided to force deliver stale flowers on a date I never agreed to and not acknowledge my questions on a refund. Delivery time very late. What is the point of delivering at 9pm for some special occasion. While requested them in the morning many times to deliver as soon as possible. Ruined the day. Not delivering at all would have been better than delivering at 9 pm.

The cake and sweets were delivered on time. The cake was said to be very delicious and the design was well appreciated. In photo on the website while placing the order, the bouquet looked like it can be placed on the table vertically but when delivered the bouquet was designed in such a way that it couldnt be placed vertically on the table.Take care of such minutes in future,,

First they give fake commitments on chat that they will dilever the flowers on time we mentioned and after order they say no we have time slots its will be order by that only. Then if you want to dilever at your time then stop taking extra bucks for it. My months planning ruined because of them. Dont trust them.

NEVER order from these guy, you will end up hurting your loved ones.. ordered flowers for my girlfriend... and had a HORRIBLE experience ... the order was delivered late, the flowers were damaged and seemed like they were carelessly plucked from an old bouquet, they looked stale.. the vase was nothing like the transparent glass vase seen on the website, it was some CHEAP electric blue coloured vase they mustve got from some kabadi wala... The note was not even formatted before printing... Basically the entire experience was PATHETIC... AVOID at all costs

I have paid Rs 250/- for midnight delivery and if it as seen is not delivered.I need clarification on this asap and if so midnight delivery charges must be paid back to me.Please clarify or else I will need to escalate the matter. I had booked a bday greeting card, box of chocolates and rose for a friend. The card was never delivered,wrong chocolate box addressed to another person was delivered.when I addressed the issue I received an email apologizing for the blunder. I have asked for refund of card as it was not delivered. I am yet to receive any reply. In past I have gotten many gifts and bouquets delivered by them.however this is my worst experience.they delivered someone elses chocolate box to my friend as the card inside the box had different order number and name of recipient. I didnt get any compensation for their good up. My money got wasted and I faced additional hassles trying to figure out what had happened.worst professional behaviour.never going to order from this place again. Contact number given opens at 9 am...so if there is an issue in the morning delivery there is no solution.
