I have no idea how you guys have received my number but inspite of Multiple complaints to your agents I keep getting sms every day about someones booking and their contact detailsI also explained that is also a data leak at your end as your customer mobile number , where they are travelling and in which car etc all comes to me and If i were your customer I would never want my number going to some random persons mobile like this . I complained asking for your company directors number but your team said that this data cannot be disclosed . The irony of it .I hope your owner is seeing this and will look into this urgently.Bhakti Naik

Right from the booking process, to the whole journey & its conclusion, it was a smooth ride (pun intended!). I appreciate the transparent & proactive way in which the customer support handled my queries, addressed my doubts, & gave me the flexibility on the mode of payment.Most importantly, the chauffeur was an absolute delight - professional, courteous, safe (mannerism & driving skills), flexible & very earnest.I am definitely recommending this rental service to my acquaintances, and will be looking at Travelocity for my future road travels. I just hope the quality never goes down, as is the case with most product/service providers once they become more popular & big.

Terrible experience. Booked crysta, innova which has the highest price 5000 INR for 250 kms...however, the car seating was so low quality and uncomfortable for 6 passengers. 5 of us ended up having back and neck pain at the end of mumbai lonavala one day trip (which is only 200 kms travel in total)Plus the driver and the customer service guy got into manipulating us to get more money at the end of the ride. First they claimed we have exceeded the 250 kilometer travel limit without showing us the evidence in the app. They claimed app is not working so they cant show us!!. when we didnt agree to that, they said we should pay GST in cash!! The driver and the customer care was together trying to manipulate us in getting more money ..they started asking for 900 rupees, then came down to 600 rupees...it felt like they were just trying to get some money out of us in whatever possible way.. totally fraud service and no comfort in travel..Ps: Driver is Sandeep Singh.

Timeliness is good... Car condition is good... But very worse that the driver collects 100 rupees from you for every place you get down by saying it as parking fee... Irrespective of the time you spend at the location... Be it 10 minutes, be it 1 hour, be it 2 hours everytime parking fee is 100 rupees... Looted literally 1000 rupees in 10 hours saying it as parking fee... And these will not be informed while you book the cab... Airport parking fee of 300+130 ( T permit challan) is extra again... And the very sad part the driver never shows you the parking receipt... Looting money like anything... Never recommend this to any one... Nor will I take your service again

It was one of the good experience I had during this trip as I have travelled before on number of occasions to Shirdi and Triyamkeshwar.

Really bad experience. dont know if there is any coordination between the driver and the car office. had booked a package for 80km/8 hrs for my guests to bhayander and the long route via jogeshwari was taken instead of Thane.also the additional km of garage was calculated.There should be some tracking system for these cars.The funny thing was the total km was marked as 170 km from vashi to bhayander,which came down to 118 km + 6 km (garage) after discussion. I had thought of contacting travelocar for future rentals . however this broke my trust on travelocar rental ,since it would be terrible for long distance travels and if the person is not aware about the route. They have mentioned on their website to show 26 places and committed the same. We have asked for 9am but driver arrived at 9:30am. Their policy says full refund if driver does not report on time. After asking there was no response. They said he will come from Vashi but he was actually coming from Andheri. While booking they mentioned that they have 7 years experience of the same travel. I booked this for Monday and found out later that some places like Nehru Planetarium and Aquarium are closed on Monday. I asked them why you never mentioned about it. They said even they are not aware of this; in 7 years they did not find this out. So the journey started at 9:30 am from Airoli. My wife already told him that excluding closed places and some not interested to see these 20 places we want to see so manage the tour accordingly. Driver was converset with the locality and agreed to do so. Driver was literally sleeping while driving. My wife suggested to pull over and take a nap or drive slowly. He did neither and kept on driving. We have had already lost some time so she thought he will take the rest we will go to Sidhivinayak and avoided to call travel company to save on time. His drowsiness was all the day of the travel. He skipped some places saying we will need to go back and miss some points. He was travelling through the places but not at all telling that Worli sea link is at your right or Mantralaya building was at you left, nothing like that. After asking he used to say it just passed by (Abhi to peechhe gaya). Now my family did not know where it is the reason we booked the car and he did not take any efforts to mention them. Overall it was just the travel with 13 places (including these abhi peechhe gaya places) out of 20 places and my family was traumatized by his driving. After reaching home I asked him why he was sleeping, he rudely said that he was feeling lazy (Susti aa rahi thi sir). And also asked why he did not show the places then he said I needed to go tru and fro and also I thought these people already know where is what again very rudely. I talked with travel company then they said they are vendors and will be penalized for this behavior. But what about us we just spent a day in the car without seeing anything and paid in full. Also there was risk as driver was sleepy. I had to again book a self drive car and have to show the places again to my in-laws.I did not get any notification about the reply. And there is no option to reply to your comment. The commitment was to provide from Vashi if it was not available then that is not my fault. I checked there was no accident. Also he reached in Airoli at 8:55 as per the phone discussion but he was touring inside for 30 min. I called up even in the evening when the driver reached back home but there was no such information provided that I need to speak to customer care. Even the person on the other side mentioned that you guys will be penalising the vendor and will let me know what happens.

Terrible services...I booked a Innova for Goa...pre booked and paid through credit card in advance....tvery rude and inconsiderate driver who was on the phone constantly while driving despite being told not to...took off with vehicle for personal reasons in between... strangely despite being prepaid for 80 kms had no diesel in the vehicle...on completing journey claimed that he had to go 45 kms to his garage ( from panjim)...appalling
