Starting from Day 1 of the trip Hotels in Shimla and Amritsar were bad, I would rather plan the trip on my own if your service was this low for such a huge price.Apart from all these the customer service was pathetic and Manager Nikhil my friend spoke to was unapologetic and said things like Gender is also important while travelling, people with this school of thought should shut their business if they have gender issues and should plan trips for particular gender.Overall,Trip planning not zero I would rate negativeDriver was goodCustomer care AverageCustomer care manager...Needs to learn sympathy and empathy and understand grassroot level problems and should not come up with reasons like I have never been on trip to the places you went n how would I know your problems.Hotels 2 bad and one good (out of the 3 we stayed)Overall very bad experience with Travel vichar.
