I have a similar case of train cancellation because of Covid in April 2020. Truly unprofessional experience from this guy. I am still following with Mr. Vidyapati Thakur from last one year for refund amount of INR 15000/-, but still struggling . Every time he was giving some excuses and now this guy even do not answer the call or respond the messages.

Our trains were cancelled due to covid.tickets for May month and first week of jun 2020 were cancelled and amount refunded to the Agency.we r yet to receive balance rs 10000/_- from the Agency. They do not pick up the calls/phone not working.just fade up.They r not worthy of even 1 star.
