My first experience in four fountains wasnt bad. Bit hard to spot, is right opposite Gokuldham temple is a small lane adjacent to Indian Bank, and is the second last shop.Feet were not cleansed, before the massage and taken directly to the table. Rooms dont have centralized AC, but was comfortable.Service wise it was good. Masseur was courteous.

Excellent spa with a range of therapies available.-Clean and well maintained- Very courteous and professional staff, they greet you on arrival, serve water/green tea. Would advise to consume after the session otherwise you might find yourself needing to use the washroom- Disposable clothing provided for the massage- Every massage room has a shower room attached-Good membership packages for discounts- For more pressure advise the Swedish deep tissue massage. Aromatherapy is a lighter massage for less pressure.

This has been the worst experience for me. I have membership with them, I book an appointment for 3pm today and inform them that Ill call in 10mins incase I want to come for the 6.30pm.. i got busy in a really important meeting and forget to call them, they call me back and the operator says maam since you didnt call us in 10mins there is a 50% cancellation charges that we will apply. I had an argument with them and asked what is the process when I havent got a confirmation call for many of my previous visits? They had no answer to this, all they could say was that thats there policy.. later I spoke to the person from chembur branch where I am a member, they tell me that Im not member in that branch and they mustve said it under pressure since its a busy Sunday.. I took an appointment for 6.30 then.I reach and the electricity was cut. I wonder if they had a policy for the delay from their end as well.. anyway I go in, the lady starts the massage.. I ask her to give more pressure and this is what she says.. maam ye maximum hai , isse jyada chahiye toh main kisi aur ko bhej deti hu. And Im just looking at her and I am not kidding, the pressure was not even average ( I went for deep tissue which is suppose to be hard pressure). Anyway, the lady goes out , comes in and says sorry maam there is no one available.. I ask her but I need more pressure and you just said you cant go beyond this to which she says yes I cant but there is no one available.. I tell her that I would like to walk out cause this is clearly not helping..she basically was telling me that i should settle down with whatever she is doing.. the moment I said I want to leave, she again goes out and suddenly there is a female who is free and she walks in ( it was evident that she was definitely free but they thought of settling me with the same lady). I walk out and tell the receptionist about it, and he tells me madam she can give that much pressure only, how am I to know how much pressure you wanted ( I had already informed him that I want hard pressure and asked to send someone who can do it, he was the same guy who has not confirmed previous appointment).I have been so furious and I cant believe Im wasting my time writing such a long review.. btw Im talking about the goregaon branch. I wish to not visit this branch for goodChembur branch and the people have been so much more nicer and better.

I have been a member of Four fountain spa for more than three years now, and am impressed with the service quality. Even when I changed cities, I did not notice any difference in the service standards and quality, which is really commendable because maintaining constant quality across centres in a franchise business is no mean task.

Am an annual member of this Spa, one of the best in Mumbai I would say. Well trained staff and excellent skill. Highly recommended for those wants to have a relaxing massage.

Was ready to risk even after reading reviews for Goregaon East branch thght of taking risk. But as it’s said ‘Everything happens for good’. Good they did not call else I wud b surely disappointed as same as response

First time I had spa services, really liked their services, overall value for money, peace of mind, good massage, clean room, relaxing of body and mind, its advisable to become a member so that u can take their services at a affordable price.
