Never been more happy for a company to shut down. Worst job experience of my life! I thankfully left this circus last year..my curse worked n they closed down. It was more like a convent run boarding school. Where the principal and teachers is after you like a fool. You couldn’t talk to ur colleague. Couldn’t use ur phone. Couldn’t stand next to a frnds desk n talk. The most stupid people ever. I hope they don’t ruin anyone else’s organisation. Yuck!

Worst company to deal with. Called Cox and Kings so many times regarding a travel itinerary in Ghatkopar branch and manager name was Tanvi. They never came back to me saying that they would call me back tomorrow...it was 2016 then and in 2019 i am still waiting for their call. Horrendous company to work with! NEVER RECOMMEND TO WORK WITH COX n KINGS!!! Best of luck with your current situations...as your Kolkata location branch has closed down.

The office was superb the people were very helpful all are well qualified good to speak with them and well I searched about this company and it is the third largest tour and travel company in INDIA it has completed 126 years of service providing all over India as well as another country

Big travel company with lots of employee working out there and easily reachable from BEST get down at marol naka bus stop and 2 min walkable distance from there.

Extremely disappointed & outright cheated with Cox & Kings abandoning 11 Sr. Citizens on #CharDhamYatra without booking their Helicopter tickets to Kedarnath Shrine!! Cox and Kings cheats people by charging them for Helicopter bookings & yet abandon Sr. Citizens at inaccessible places like Kedarnath to make their own last-minute bookings (which one does not get at the 11th hour)! Despite repeatedly following up with their employees since weeks, they conveniently raise their hands at the last minute & say This is all we could do; we cant help you; manage locally now!! What kind of 3rd class organization with a 4th class mentality is this that abandons 11 Sr Citizens in Kedarnath to fend for themselves at the last minute?! #Disgusting They wasted lakhs of Rupees, time & efforts of 11 Sr Citizens who booked the Chardham Yatra through them in trust and caused this vulnerable group extreme mental agony of not being able to complete this once-in-a-lifetime Yatra because of their internal frauds; they harassed this group for even basic information for which they had already changed way well in advance. This is the heights of irresponsibility and one fails to comprehend how can an organization of their size even survive by cheating customers so blatantly!! Recently for Indian passport renewal service, they started charging $2.59 per minutes for every call you make to call center. This is freaking expensive and they have stopped walk-ins to pick passport in case of withdrawal of passport. My passport is stuck with them from last 4 weeks and have flight on 2/24. They are not ready to take any ownership and telling to contact embassy for every other issue.Very Disappointed by the service.
