It is a nice quiet residential complex, though quite close to Goregaon station and busy traffic. It is also near W E Highway. It worth buying a flat here if any available. Premises are clean and rooms are bigger than in newer constructions. All in all - a good buy.

One of the well known temple in Goregaon East area and a road has been named on the Goddess Umiya Maa, this goddess is basically worshipped by Patel community and on timely basis, various events are been encouraged.A must visit temple to worship.

I am very disappointed with the management...i came with my 2 month old kid and the pandit over there has asked me to get rs300 receipt and only den i can get the darshan of maatajii....seriously i mean?????!!!! mandir mangement has become more of a comercial business.

The moment I entered the temple, I found Peace. The feeling was divine.

A very beautiful temple located on the road side. Inside the temple, Devi Mata, Shree Krishna and Bholanath worshipped. Once you enter the temple, you will feel blessed from inside. There are sitting arrangement like benches inside the temple complex. You can sit on the marble floors and meditate few minutes. I took blessings with prasad and sat few minutes for taking the peaceful air inside the temple complex.

Its beautiful and small but near to Railway Station and Western Express Highway.

Its a good place in Goregaon Mumbai. It a temple of Umiya Mata. Umiya is name of goddess Parvati.The temple is located on main road with providing google connectivity to reach this place by auto or taxi and even city buses. This temple also have a good size party hall for any occasion and can accommodate 300 people at a time. Surrounding locality is good.

Guest house price of ac room is 950 and non AC is 500 and rooms are not good

Barring the Management a very beautiful temple. The management is Money hungry. Getting pujas done will result in jostling for space with others.

This is goddess temple situated at Goregaon east in Mumbai. Dedicated to Hindu goddess this temple has a nice architecture and pleasant ambiance. This place is very nice and peaceful, it is a temple of goddess maa umiya. This place is very much centrally located.Umiya Mata is an one of the devoted goddess in the Hindu religion. Kadva Patel community from Gujarat is a strong believer in this goddess. Build somewhere 20 years back this temple is located at Goregaon east in Mumbai suburb.Well designed temple also has their own marriage hall and guest house for their devotees.

This is much recist place and they dont allow other then Patel lobby people. So worst experience -5 star option is not available otherwise....

I had booked the Mandirs Hall for a function (naming ceremony of my baby). They charged money as per market rate but when I pointed out dirty toilets the response I got from the coordinator was that if you need such facilities, you should go to five star hotel. Upon more arguments, he also threatened me to cut electric connection in the middle of function. Later the back door entry was locked for caterer (I think intentionally) due to which the lunch got delayed by an hour. When I complained this to the trustee of the Mandir trust, the response I got was that We dont find good staff to attend people and customers also have to adjust as much as the trustees adjust with them. We are also very troubled by such employees .Very bad experience; thoroughly unprofessional. Go for some other place.
